Devilman:Crybaby, with Angels mixed in?

Hello! Was wondering if anyone would be interested in any game with the idea of the anime series, Devilman: Crybaby? I was thinking of adding another species, maybe Angels? Could certainly add a mix of excitement to the story, whatever it may be. We could all make different types of characters, or maybe even have Akira and Ryo in it if people wanted to!

I recommend checking out the two sequels to the Devilman story.

Violence Jack is set in a world recovering from the final battle between Devilman and Satan, it retcons a few things to work as a story given the finality of Devilman

Devilman ending spoilers

all the humans were not wiped out, the damage was mainly centred around Tokyo

and it's most notable for doing post-apocalyptic desert Mad Max styled stories before Fist of the North Star by a full decade. It's canonicity is debatable though in theory it is a direct follow-on from what happened at the end of Devilman.

The other sequel is Devilman Lady and is noted as being the true sequel

Devilman Lady spoilers

because it starts seeming to be a genderbent version of Devilman until it's revealed God actually remade the destroyed world to be this way and both Akira and Ryo/Satan make appearances later on. It also makes some retcons to say that yes, Hell is a thing and that's where demons come from. It also adds a difference between Devilmen and 'Devil Beasts', the former keep their humanity whilst the second eventually fall into becoming cannibalistic maniacs.

. Notably in Devilman Lady, I believe the angel Michael appears as an antagonist late into the story, though honestly I never got that far.

Both are great sources for inspiration and worth checking out. I'm talking about the mangas for these series, though both have anime adaptations of... questionable quality, though if you liked Devilman: Crybaby for it's non-flinching depiction of sex and violence, Violence Jack's three OVAs can be easily found on youtube to watch for free.
