July 7th, 2021: Looking to reboot this and want to see if there would be any interest. Game would run on the smaller side to start. It would consist of just "Instructor" roles to build relationships between the senior members of the new combined academy. Characters can be 18+. Once we've got a good feel for how everyone interacts, the game will be opened up to "Students", who can be 16+.

I don't want to start shifting around threads from the previous game and what not unless there is interest. Cause that is a lot of work. >.<

If you want to do Misty again, she would either have to be changed to an "Instructor" or wait until we open up for "Students" since you had her as a student last time. I want to start with just a group of Instructors doing an event before we open up for students. That way all the ranking witches/warlocks have some connections with each other built up first.

Updated a few things on the first page to give people and idea of how I want the game to start. There would be an Instructor-only event and once it's finished students will be allowed to join:

Game will start off with just Instructors. This is not a standard 'school' game. Instructors will be 18+, but they are hardly responsible adults. Their classes consist of "I'm good at doing this thing and I will hold lessons for it at random whenever I feel like it". They are more like that person you meet when you pull a flyer off a bulletin board at the library that is selling guitar lessons.

Instructors and Students are not prohibited from being intimate since there is no real authority the Instructors possess. Instructors are just witches and warlocks who have agreed to come to Robichaux for one reason or another and are free to leave whenever they wish, same as the students. Since there are no grades or things like that, they have nothing to really hold over a student.

Supreme Mallory Ward and Grand Chancellor John Henry have been working to get the school ready and have invited a number of witches and warlocks they feel would be able to help them in their work for unification. Some are masters at their craft and some are merely skilled. They are to be given the title of "Instructor", but they aren't really fit to be teachers.

In an effort to foster some sense of togetherness and community between the witches and warlocks who would be instructing the new academy, Mallory and John have invited them to come in advance to the school's reopening. To spend a week getting to know each other. Hoping to work past some of the hatred that had festered between them for centuries as many witches were taught to look down on warlocks.

Yet something awful is lurking in the shadows hoping to keep them divided...

I'd love to have both of you back if you would want to. Like I've posted before, the first round of characters will all be Instructors. We'll have a short event where everyone will have the chance to gain one new Magic. It won't be long or drawn out. Just a chance for everyone to get their characters to interact and build up some connections between the people who will be in the upper ranking before letting "students" in.

Updated Instrumental Crafts to now include "Cardcraft".

Updated the Spell and Ritual Guide to make Sexual Magic more accessible. It is no longer something you have to select and earn through events. They are now just spells/rituals.

Character Sheet Skeleton. Same one as before. Student Skeleton is spoilered for now, so please use the Instructor one. The lettering on it is green.

If you are rejoining and would like to use all or part of a previous CS, here is the link to the old Approved Character Sheets. Please PM any character sheets to me. For this first round, everyone is allowed up to two characters. Once we open it to students as well, you can have one additional character. You are always free to retire characters to create new ones.

No rush on creating sheets or deciding if you do want to join. I have a long week of work this week, so plenty of time. ^^
