Does anyone use or know of good Speech to text software?

Sorry for poor formatting. I recently injured my arm and can't really use the computer too much.  I don't want to give up writing. I was hoping one of you might know of a good dictation or speech to text software. Any advice would be super helpful and appreciated. Thank you all in advance for any ideas.

Dragon Dictate is, or at least used to be, sort of the industry standard.  I think there's even a 'lite' version that's low-cost or possibly even free, 'angon...

Nope, I was wrong. And ouch!  The Personal Edition is 300 bucks.

Ah-HAH!  Dragon Naturally Speaking, that was the one I was thinking of.  It looks as if they've discontinued it under that name, but I did find this, by the same maker.


There's also a free Dragon Dictation app.
Whether it's a breakdown or a breakthrough, shit still gets broken.

I don't know how good it is, but there is app in Windows 10 for Speech Recognition and Dictation
There may be something similar in previous versions but I'm not sure
