Changeling The Lost? (WoD)

Changing ethnicity is a bit extreme. But magic *shrug*. So generally when you come out of the hedge, you look like you. That is the "mask", or, what mortals see. Your "seeming" are the little things only other changelings, fae, ensorcelled mortals, and some supernatural types can see.

The seeming reflects changes made upon you in Faerie. Those changes are usually not all that drastic. A Stone bones probably looks mostly like their "mask" but perhaps with tougher skin in the "seeming" or sharper looking teeth, maybe a stony brow.

The pretty redhead flowering might appear to lost to have some rosebuds growing in her hair, or maybe the soft blue veins showing through her breasts have a sappy green hue to changeling eyes. But (generally speaking) seemings don't differ a lot.

Some changelings might need an alt id. Maybe due to difficulty with a living fetch. But its not an always. Some lost live far enough away and or a different enough life that it doesn't matter. Some killed or had someone kill their fetch, some never had a fetch to begin with. Etc

Yeah, might want to check with Marie about that. If you're just living under an assumed name, I don't think you need to buy that merit unless there's someone who'd actually check? Like an employer doing a CORI check or something. It doesn't apply to me simply because I decided to be gone for only 18 months real time while in Arcadia, so she could return to her own life. But I know that's a rarity.

Hmm well not having a fetch and going after the entitlement of fetch killers would be a problem. Hmm not having a fetch I would have to read over how Atenai's character was taken and see if it is a possibility. Sorry for being quiet I was sick.

I think I can rewrite for a fetch, but it'll take some thought to get it right and still have the same emotions involved. Without getting her committed, ideally.
