I am currently looking for a Changeling the Lost game since I find making characters really fascinating, plus I love the setting it's in. Sadly I don't know the rules of New World of Darkness, I am okay with my character dying, since I have about a hundred character ideas. Just really want to play these characters.

I would be super grateful to play this. I read just a bit about it and it is making my muse go crazy

Malkavian

I love Changeling the Lost. It's one of the best games they've released, alongside Werewolf the Forsaken and Vampire the Masquerade.

Dragonslayer

They both also sound amazing as well, but I have my heart set on Changeling The Lost, I have way to many character ideas in my head

Antisoul

Also interested in Changeling, I love the setting. Would prefer free form to systems but will be happy either way.

Muse

The Lost is my favorite game in the New World.  (Princess is nice too, but that's not official.  :)  )

I don't have the time or experience to run for you right now, but I think i know someone to show this link too...

I could be interested in running a game  of this.

I have an Idea set in Orlando Florida, That would be a mix of Mystery, Occult, Political Intrigue Adventure. This one would be good also for people new to the setting cause  you would not have to choose a court right away or at all with the way the game starts. This would also allow for an easier state of bringing together characters fresh out of the hedge and ones who have had a little bit more time out of the hedge. Mind you that time frame for those  not fresh out of the hedge would be  I think for base book characters 3 to 4 months.

The Monarchs of the seasonal courts have disappeared and the crowns have not been able to be found for sometime. The fact that none have been able to find them has been most disconcerting and many of the Seasonal  Lost left the city for more stable freeholds. Some Seasonal members have hung around however they numbers are in the single digits now. They only  real presence of the lost is a Courtless lost and those that work with her.

This game will explore both the hedge and the politics and life of Lost society and the adventures of those to seek out answers and what happened to the crowns and the monarchs themselves and what caused this to happen. Also while dealing with the usual themes of coming to terms with the your old life being taken from you and forging a new one and trying to keep out of the clutches of your keepers.

I would like to try this Idea with the New version of Changeling the Lost but I am not against using the old version of Changeling either.

So what do you all think of the Orlando game Pitch and if it interests you all.

Muse

I know the original Lost better than Chronicles of Darkness, but I'm certainly game for either.  :)

M.R., would this plot line lend itself to someone who might eventually find the Crown and become the new local Queen of Summer?

I'm intrigued! Though at the moment I dont have time to commit to another game. :( May be in the future when my schedule opens up a little more.

Marie Reynolds

Well Malkavian  just keep in touch and let me know I am sure I could find a suitable hook to drag you in when you have time.

Mage has been on my brain lately, but I’ll see if I have any ideas for a story kicking around.

Or if more players are needed, I’d be happy to to GM for a change.

Khan, not sure what you're saying here.

M.R. has a game to run for us.  The player's poofed that moment, though.  Were you wanting to play?

Chajesdad

Hey there, reviewing the concept, I come from The Dreaming, so I would need an intro game like this for history and setting. What would you need now? Concepts, history, or just interest?
What were you thinking just now?

Marie Reynolds

Well considering your are asking questions I will take that as interest!  Concepts can't hurt, It Would help me direct you to   Kiths and seemings that might fit. As I stated in  my intro this came can work very easily for one who knows nothing cause you could play a character that just  came  from the hedge and very recently escaped Arcadia. Though your character would not be able to return to your previous life. Cause you are replaced by a fetch that looks like you but  not necessarily the same personality as you character before being taken to arcadia.

Muse

you'll probably have to tell him what the hedge is.

I had to explain to him that the Lost don't deal with Banality.

The hedge is an in between place, between Arcadia and  the mortal world. The hedge  is filled with creatures and  beasts, it has many unique challenges and twisting and winding landscapes. Its both a place of dreams and nightmares. there is a sliding scale of light dark and the grey.

Oh Chad,  would you have preference for  the Original Changeling the Lost or the  2nd edition?

PixelatedPixie

I might be interested if this was still being organized, it's been awhile since I tried anything with Changeling.

Hephaestus

I might be interested. Not for certain what I would like to play yet if I were. I am familiar with white wolf but new world of darkness less so than old. I guess what I am saying is Hi I would like to know more.

Yes this game is still being organized!

Well with new  world  of darkness the heme is beautiful madness, You have been taken by the true fae  twisted from  being human and serve the whims of  an inhuman fae into Arcadia  to serve your keeper.

Since we seem to be getting  new players I think I will stick with running the original Changeling the lost since I am most familiar with it .

PAC do you have any questions or concerns?

PixelatedPixie

Not offhand.  I guess which version of the nWoD rules would it be using?  I think I have their updated versions, but fell off the wagon before they came out so don't know the differences all that well.  I probably only have the original version of Changeling the Lost if they put out a second edition.
