Help With Alert Notifications

It's been almost six months since I last logged into the site(holidays overtaking me, then mental health spiralling in the wrong direction for a tldr), and I am absolutely inundated with notifications, to the point that there are 38 pages worth, 900+. Is there any way I can just wave a wand and have them all read, or am I going to have to go one by one? I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and don't know where to turn. Thank you for your time.

Do you mean the alerts on the top bar on site? If you click alerts, you can click mark all read in the top left of the drop down menu. I hope that's helpful!
