So at the moment, we've got 7 interest parties, 2 stating preference for 2.5, the other 5 having no stated preference.  Two concepts, Sidereal Assassin and Dawn Gunslinger.

Assuming 2.5 and assuming that Hairy is cool with the character type in a celestial game--and that no one is going to have some kind of weird freak out about it:  
--Fire expected dragon blooded.  
--Male.  
--Major thematic skills include melee and presence.  
--Flame duck henchgirl.

Okay so looks like it is leaning towards to 2.5. I will start reading the Terrestrial direction book of the west to get some ideas on what to play.

General consensus seems to be for 2.5 then. I'll get us an ooc thread up in a bit as well as chargen guidelines. Probably best if anyone plans on taking a Relic ship to mention it up front.

Cool! What is  the major focus of this story? Exploration, Trade or Piracy. Would it be a mix of all these things? Will that all be address in the coming OOC thread?

Find the 13 magical macguffins to prevent ancient evil being unleashed. Expect a bit of everything at some point. Combat, social, Occult, Larceny. I expect all options to be on the table. Exploring old tombs. Fighting monsters of the deep and pirates. Dealing with storms and fae courts. Lots of possibilities.

One thing I should let you know about me that most folks here already know: I was miserable and in constant pain for decades, but they never found it until two years ago.  In a lot of ways, even with the chemo, I’m actually doing a lot better than I used to be ^_^

And if you're open to playing multiple characters, we have some followers in need of players. You can get bonus points for your main character by playing a follower of someone elses.

I don't have anything specific in mind (other than an Infernal, and I don't think that idea would fit even if you were up for allowing them anyway), no; if I'd been earlier I'd prefer to brainstorm ideas, but as it stands if you'd be willing to entertain allowing Terrifying Argent Witches, I think it'd be fun to try a Lunar, I've never played much with the idea of one in 2e

Alternatively, I'd also like to try a Secrets, and there's a particular idea for a god I've wanted to play with (as a contact, consort, and/or ancestor, to be clear) for a long time, but never get the chance.
