What is the best charger I can get for a Phone?

I don't know much about phones, but my phone takes like seven hours to fully charge, I am afraid I may not be using the best chargers. They come in degrees of how good they are right? I imagine spending a little more will make it charge better?

What kind of a phone do you have? IPhone, Samsung, Motorola, HTC, LG, etc.. The best thing to do is to get a charger that is made by the same company as your phone.

I have a ZtE something or another and a Samsung (2 phones)

I would recommend calling the manufacturing company of the phones and asking for replacement chargers or go to a phone shop and see if you can find the chargers for those type of phones. A third option would be to order  them online, via Amazon or a similar site. Are you using the chargers that came with your phones to charge them or are you using different chargers? If it is the latter, then that is most likely the reason for the slow charging. I have experienced it myself.

It sounds like it could be a problem with the battery instead. I had an issue where the phone took a long time to recharge and had to check with a phone technician for him to tell me it's the battery becoming faulty.
