So, is anyone familiar with the strange niche of "Harem Games" out there on the perverted portions of the internet these days? It's something I've only recently been exposed to. Stuff like: (All links NSFW)

To give you a rundown, these games are typically styled like a point and click adventure or RPG-lite and features a main character going on sordid adventures and building up a harem of lovers over time. I've toyed with this notion in one on one's, like a current RP I have going with Neysha, but I'm interested to know if there are folks out there interested in doing something in the spirit of these games in a group setting?

My basic notion of the idea is a modern, fictional city called New Sodom where something strange is going on. Odd, sexually charged events seem to occur more often there. People, on average, tend to be more attractive and have higher libidos. And its filled with dark secrets. My initial plan was to portray the main character, likely male, myself with it being an open discussion with the group about the particulars of this character. Are they young? Old? In great shape? In bad shape? A race of color? Whatever the group might be interested in essentially. And I hoped to find people who can help build out this kinky world, especially those willing to portray multiple characters of various walks of life. The content of the setting can be quite varied, and folks are as free as their imagination in terms of what sort of character you want to play, at least one of them. I want to really build out the community of this city over time with people from rich suburbs, to impoverished regions, downtown areas filled with all sorts of folks from the most mundane to the most strange. Hell, if you want to be an alien or supernatural being or something, that's even possible.

Kinks also, I imagine, will vary as each character will have their own O/O's. The only limitation I'm putting on this thread as far as kinks go are bathroom play, vore, and other likewise extreme stuff. And naturally, all characters must adhere to site rules in terms of age. This is primarily meant to serve as an interest check, but if I can get to 3-5 like-minded folks I believe that's enough to get the ball rolling on this. So if you are interested sound off with ideas for potential characters, perhaps a face claim, and what you would like to see out of the "main character" going on these urban adventures.

I had a thought like this many years ago about a private neighberhood for the wealthy, decadent, and kinky. It could even degenerate into a Ballard-ian orgy of violence but we don't have to do that of course. Also kinda reminds me of this scene from Arrested Development. Anyway, I'm very much in as one of the many gals.

Along that line of thinking there absolutely can be a closed in rich neighborhood within the city that has its own secrets, but I do want the RP to feature all areas of the city, so that you can feature people from various walks of life. If that's an idea you want to further feel free to PM me or chat about it here.

Likewise dont hesitate to sound off if either of you have ideas for characters. Part of my goal is to have a lot of collaboration so our characters have lots of connections whether it be family members, friends, rivals, lovers, etc.

I want to encourage multiple characters to be played if possible, since I want to avoid situations where players feel like they don't have anything to do because their character isn't around wherever the main story is unfolding.

Although to avoid this I'm considering just trying to find a way to tie them all into the "protagonist" so they're always on hand and then branching out from there.

I'm not willing to put a limit on characters, as the possibilities are endless and I'd love to see the city grow and become more and more populated, but I would put a limit on the group size. I'm not in favor of an enormous group and, like I mentioned a bit, would prefer a smaller group where each person controls more than one character so they always have a chance to be involved in what's happening. Maybe it'd be easier with a more solid starting point?

The Most Eligible Orphan (perverse Bruce Wayne ripoff): Meet Wayne Essex, first and only son of Martin and Abigail Essex, the richest, most famous, and most powerful family in the city. Recently tragedy has befallen the family as Martin and Abigail died in a mountain climbing accident (though I'm open to the mother still being alive if someone were interested in an incest storyline). Wayne, still just in high school (or college?), now has the weight of his family's legacy to uphold while navigating all of the new, and old people in his life who now see him as a target they might be able to get something out of. He's essentially the highest profile, most eligible bachelor in the city at such a young age.

With this setup I would imagine many scenarios might naturally come to him. Elements like manipulation and seduction could be pretty prominent. Characters who might immediately have a connection to Wayne could include his mother (if alive), a housemaid, a personal tutor, a near or distant relative (aunt, cousin), someone who worked for his father like a secretary or a higher ranking executive (and now indirectly works for Wayne), etc.

I'm thinking a pair of twins to start with. Classmates of Wayne, maybe? They'd be new arrivals to the town, unaware of, unused to and unprepared for the town's strange atmosphere.

Might go ahead and make two actually, probably the aforementioned, and a more punk-ish girl, best comparison I can give is probably Eve from Summertime saga, so a bit more of a wingman type in a sense.

Penelope Alvarez
Age: 36
Body Type: Average height, with a plentiful D-cup bust, long legs and a firm posterior.
Occupation: Maid/Housekeeper
Bio: Penelope has worked at the Essex mansion for nearly half her life at this point, starting as a maid and now as the head of the house staff. She was particularly close with Martin before his passing, perhaps too close if some of the rumors are to be believed. She may well know more about the mansion and surrounding premises than any other person living.
Kinks: Being submissive, being ordered and commanded, desires a strong handed Master who will claim her.

Penelope was Martin's lover when he was alive. But the relationship was based around some prophecy Martin was obsessed with concerning the Essex family.

But does anyone have a strong opinion on his looks beside that? Skinny? Chubby? Athletic and attractive? Clumsy and nerdy? Short/tall? etc. The one thing I do know is that he'll be quite big where it counts =P.

Hmm... I'm not super picky on this front, I'd probably figure a bit of high school drama, so I'd say 18, high school senior probably in other words.

As for other features... I don't really care, but I'd say a mix of all? Pretty average can be fun, though there's a shortage of nerdy characters on this site too I feel. As long as he's outgoing enough that it doesn't become a problem, I think it could be fun.

Ok. I don't want to get too specific about the protagonist, so that there's plenty of room for growth and development, both physically and as a character, but this is what I was able to put together.

Wayne Essex
Age: 17
Body Type: A bit on the shorter side, Wayne has relatively soft features with little developed musculature as a testament to his gilded upbringing. He has light brown hair combed to the side and neatly groomed, a hairless chubby chin and cheeks, and hazel eyes accentuated by glasses. Having never been terribly athletic, Wayne tends to spend his free time playing games, watching anime, and immersing himself in all things nerdy. On the whole, Wayne seems quite average. Average looks, average mild mannered and helpful personality, average male specimen.
Occupation: Student
Bio: Wayne is the sole child of Martin and Abigail Essex, and heir to the richest fortune in the entire city. He was raised in Essex Mansion, a beautiful Victorian styled manse located in a gated, private community on the city's western residential area. Despite his extraordinary upbringing, Wayne is your standard high school student, attending New Sodom High where he's set to graduate soon. Wayne has been rather glum in the months following his father's passing.
Kinks: Open to virtually anything, kink focus will be based on the desires of the female characters in general.

Helena Adams
Age: 18
Body Type: Comes off as rather shapely, with a fair bit of ass and pretty large breast, she rarely wears clothes that actively show off either though. Stands pretty tall for a woman at a firm 5'7". Naturally she's a brunette, but keeps her hair dyed blue. Aside from that, she has a tattoo on her ribs of a moon, and she has a number of piercings, more specifically both of her nipples, and her nose (Ring and stud). Occasionally seen wearing a pair of large glasses, but for the most part she wears contact lenses over her pale blue eyes. As for style, she's generally seen wearing loose jeans, T-shirts and military jackets, very little that actually shows off the nice body she's got hidden underneath.
Occupation: Student, barista at a local coffee shop
Personality: Comes off as a punk girl in general. Helena doesn't give two shits about popularity, and moreso just focuses on enjoying herself, and doing well in her classes. A bit of dark humor and sarcasm, though generally helpful and willing to go the extra mile assuming she deems whoever she's helping out is worth the effort. On her free time, she enjoys her work as a barista (Though to call it free time is a stretch), and she also skateboards, and enjoys driving around. On that note, she owns an old 1977 Pontiac Firebird, pretty unmistakable car on its own with the golden eagle priding its black hood, but with a bigger, modern engine thrown into it by her dad before he passed away. The thing rumbles like a small earthquake and is hardly suited for stealth, making quite the entry whenever it comes around the corner because of it.
Bio: Helena is a New Sodom native, and apart from a couple years, namely middle school and some of high school, she's lived there her whole life. She used to be overweight in elementary school, as many who actually knew her back then likely would remember. She had it rough at the time because of it, and when her dad eventually died due to some form of poisoning from his work, Helena was sent off to her mother out of town around the time she was slotted for middle school, and just kinda disappeared for the next five-ish years. When she returned to live on her own back in what she still considered to be her hometown, she was pretty much unrecognizable. Between having shed the weight like it had never even been there, the bright dyed hair and the piercings, most had no clue it was even her, and she's hardly been one to complain about that. Moving on, she hasn't really made herself known to any extent. She gets good grades, normally sitting around a B in most of her subjects, and has a small but solid group of friends she can regularly be seen hanging out with when she's not working.
Kinks: Exhibitionism/public locations is a big one, car-sex as well. Beyond that, she enjoys having her body touched and groped when getting intimate, and she loves sex toys, owning a half-decent collection already.

Helena tries to hide that she's a local, having gone as far as to take her dad's last name (Previously having had her mothers') to make herself somewhat anonymous. She's worried she'll get hell back on her back over her past overweight if it's revealed.
her mother's best described as deadbeat, having troubles keeping jobs due to alcoholism after the separation from Helena's father.

Plot Hooks: Having very solid grades in most of her classes, she's a likely person to turn to assuming someone's lagging behind in a subject. Aside from that, there's her past history from the town and her dad, whom she never quite figured out what happened to beyond that he got sick from his job and eventually died from it. That, and that she used to be overweight is likely something that a character could figure out without a lot of headaches.

Maybe we can run with an angle that she and Wayne were friends, on some level, before she went away to live with her mother? But they've been out of contact for 3 years now, and like you said she's totally unrecognizable now for many reasons and it may take Wayne a bit to realize who she is. I think it could work as you first described her as a "wingman" type.

Kaila (L) and Kairi (R) Vales
Age: 17
Body Type: Slightly below average height with large breasts and plump thighs
Occupation: School Students
Bio: Kaila and Kairi were born and raised outside of the city and only recently moved in. They are very close and tend to do most things together. Since they are so new to the town, its peculiar atmosphere has not yet begun to affect them strongly, but they have also not developed an immunity to it. Kaila is the most vocal of the pair, while Kairi often has difficulty talking to people other than Kaila. They're hoping that the new environment will help her open up a bit more.
Kinks: None. Yet.

Kaila and Kairi's parents dies when they were both young, though leaving them enough to live comfortably for a long time. Now that they are old enough, they moved to the town to get away from their greedy relatives, so they are living on their own. They don't want people to treat them strangely because of it, however, so they keep quiet about it.

Plot Hooks: School life, tutoring, helping Kairi to open up and become more confident through 'training', or even just interest/romance that leads into more risque stuff? The twins certainly have a tendency to share everything too.
