The Tower: An Overview
The Tower System is the worldwide organization that collects Guides and pairs them with appropriate Sentinel. It is generally also the location of the primary form of government in a country or province. While traditional leaders - elected or otherwise - such as monarchs, presidents and leaders still exist, it is primarily as that of a figurehead; the real power behind the government is usually orchestrated by a Tower Council who oversees the laws and running of a country or province.

The Towers; Worldwide
Each Tower is run somewhat differently depending on the overarching governmental model already in place. For example, in countries as large as the USA, each state may have a smaller "sub" Tower that answers to the primary Tower in the country's seat of power. In a similar boat to the US due to their size, Canada hosts a Tower in each of their Provinces and Territories. Also similar to the US, a Province may hold multiple Towers within it to accommodate the sheer size of the landmass. Texas and Alaska for example have multiple Towers.
