Personality
Stefan is a tad shy, stemming from his past as a skinny 'nerd' and he's not as sure of himself as one might expect. Still, he tries his best to make friends amongst the non Slytherin houses. Stefan loves flying but oddly enough doesn't care for Quiddich. |
A Little Deeper

Stefan was born the oldest of three siblings in London to a pure blooded father and a muggle mother. His childhood was pretty typical for that period. He was really too young to remember anything about the dark times, and so his upbringing was not colored by those events. When it came time to join the JWA, he was thrilled and managed to excel at most of his studies, proving to be a bright young wizard. He was a slight child, however and all throughout his time at the JWA he was picked on for his build and love of academics. When he was 15, he decided he was going to change all that... well, the physical part anyway. He started working out and by the time he started his first year at Hogwarts, he had filled out nicely. His shy nature still haunted him, however... he would have esteem issues for years because of his past experiences.
When he started at Hogwarts, he was sorted into Slytherin to his absolute horror. Nearly every wizard who ever went bad was a Slytherin according to many and he didn't want to believe that he had any evil in him. Most of the infamous death eaters were Slytherin... how could he have been sorted into that house? He withdrew inward that first year, focusing on his studies and shunning any sort of house pride. Because of that, he got trouble from many of his housemates. Near the end of his first year he was found hanging from the Quiddich goals by his robes, and that wasn't the worst thing to happen to him. He was relentlessly picked on, despite his increased physical prowess, which meant little when ganged up on by multiple students armed with wands and more advanced magic than he possessed.
His second year he began to learn to fight back, and though he was still picked on, his fellow Slytherin eased off a bit since there was more risk to it at that point. It also helped that he had befriended some students from other houses. Still, he felt alone in his house... and he battled with depression off and on.
His third year saw a marked improvement. He was of sufficient age that there were others 'below' him for his fellows to focus on. That and he became less vocal about his contempt for his own house. This year his 'transgressions' have been all but forgotten, but he's still cautious to not make waves if he can help it.
House Reasoning: Stefan's father and both his siblings were sorted into Slytherin, so it seems as though his family has a natural leaning toward that house. Though Stefan is genuinely nice and a bit shy, he's very intelligent and more cunning than even he knows.
Worst Memor(ies): Being humiliated at the end of his first year by his housemates, Being bitten by a poisonous snake while playing in the woods when he was 10.
Best Memory: Time spent with his family, Acing his first DADA test at Hogwarts
