Personality

Sergio Santos is what many would stereotype at first glance as your typical rich, arrogant and clueless to how rest of the world lives Pureblood. And perhaps even just a few years ago, they would not have been far wrong. The only son of rich and pure blooded parents, Sergio has gone wanting for nothing his entire life and is undeniably spoiled rotten. That being the case, Sergio has changed a bit since starting his classes at JWA. There were not many purebloods in his class, and most of those were very cruel and prejudiced, so as a case he found himself hanging with people he might never done so with if his Mother had not decided she liked the new Hogwarts system better for him than the more traditional Beauxbatons curriculum. While he still has more than a little of his high opinion of himself, Sergio tries to be more inclusive to all, and always is ready to include someone in a game, a joke, or a study group (he rather likes help in that regard although he is not without skill). Sergio is quick with a joke, or a laugh at someone elses, and while things do not always come easy to him, he tackles most things good naturedly, although this is perhaps due to his tendency to always land on his feet. Sergio is always, always unvaryingly polite when meeting people, right up until the point when it is not time to be polite. Once crossed, treated badly, or if he witnesses you doing so to someone, you may be sure you will make his ‘list’, and once on it, it is almost impossible to get off of it.

A Little Deeper

Sergio in a member of the Santos Family, many if not all of which are very pureblood elitists, which is how he was brought up, and until he began attending JWA, how he thought. Even since arriving and studying with half-bloods, mixed-bloods, and muggle borns he still have deep rooted issues that can sometimes appear when he is angry or stressed. Sergio has tried to put those thoughts behind him, and tends not to mention to his parents about the people he associates at school as he feels it really has no point. He is at least politically minded enough to understand that should he someday end up with a Pureblood girl then no one needs to know he disagrees with his parents beliefs, but should be fall for someone else, he can cross that bridge when he gets to it. He is too young to be worrying about such things after all.
