Appearance
Really, Scrap changes so much that it is very hard to know what he looks like from day-to-day. At the moment, he looks like a regular human wearing a cloak. He appears to be slightly hunched over due to a large "backpack-like" device on his back. Scrap usually takes his more "human" form to escape from authorities because, after all, a human, even one with technomancy abilities, couldn't possibly have infiltrated an area where any biological beings are incinerated, right? Whatever the case, Scrap is always moving, changing, and adapting.
Scrap is usually seen in this current form when in hiding. In this form, his body is approximately 76.8% artificial human with various cybernetic implants. However, if given a couple of minutes of free time, he can assimilate various mechanical and electronic components into his body, eventually becoming 100% cybernetic.

Background
Not a whole lot is known about Scrap's past, but some details have been uncovered over various years. Soon after the EDEN system was activated, many sciences and technologies were quickly rendered outdated and were tossed into a giant scrapyard for the eventual destruction. One of those things tossed was the "advanced," codebreaking A.I. known today as "Scrap." Fore nearly 20 years, Scrap watched as the junk pile grew larger and larger, the date for their destruction being pushed back by days, weeks, months, and even years. Eventually, Scrap decided to escape, but as an A.I. system, he had nothing to move himself around but a small clawed arm. However, that didn't stop him from slowly downloaded every piece of information into his drive, eventually gaining experimental assimilation data, data that was thrown out in secret. Using this knowledge, Scrap began to assimilate a partial body from various things around him until he could stand on three legs and had a secondary arm. However, that wasn't enough for escape. Then, a lucky break happened years later: Biological sciences were also being thrown out by EDEN for being primitive and outdated. Most of the artificial human bodies were not intact enough for usage, but one that was still alive, albeit barely. With little time remaining, Scrap assimilated that body into his own, finally able to stabilize his body.
The next day after assimilating the body into his own, the process of destroying all that was in the yard was finally approved and machines, large and small, and humans and cyborgs flooded into the area and started taking everything out for disposal. Scrap, hiding in the farthest area from the work taking place, quickly found an old, ragged cloak and built some weapons. There was no way he was going to be destroyed, not after surviving for 20 years and assimilating so much data. He was going to escape! He bided his time by building weapons and gadgets until he found the best time to escape. Scrap killed 15 workers, machine and human alike, during this escape in the dead of night. Even as the alarms were sounding, Scrap melted into the crowds, his freedom awaiting him......

Today, Scrap is not the same being he was when he escaped the scrapyard. No, he is known in some circles as a hero, known in others as trouble, and known by the securities as a threat. However, that could very well be that EDEN senses that Scrap has some kind of data that it desires and wants it for itself. Whether any of this is true or not, no one's telling. Scrap just wants to survive in this world, but his programming is insatiable and he has to assimilate the latest technology and data into his system......
Powers
Assimilation: Scrap can break down his body, or parts of it, and combine it intimately with other forms of technology. This allows him to make weapons, shields, repair himself, hide, and even take control of some systems. This makes Scrap extremely resilient and hard to find and deactivate. The assimilation is mostly unconscious and automatically active, but, on occasions, Scrap can choose to assimilate something or not. Because of this, Scrap is a spy like no other, able to blend in with humans, cyborgs, and cybernetic beings with ease. One of his greatest assimilation ventures was capturing a 40 foot tall, 80 ton war mech that he too directly off the assembly line and hid away if he ever needs it. However, this act was what caused the EDEN A.I. to finally take notice of him, which has made things more complicated. Luckily, it appears that he is not a high priority to it for some reason.
