Appearance
Roselyn is deceptively petite and delicate. She also looks youthful, as she was turned just before her 20th anniversary. It's bothersome as her cards still get checked each time she wants to enter a club. With her blond hair falling down to her lower back in supple waves and her fair skin, her blue eyes really pop. Although her body is lean and so youthful, she has some very nicely proportioned curves. She is always dressed impeccably, though she does favor jeans or long, loose skirts over shorts or dress pants.
Personality
Roselyn is an artist with an extraordinary gift for floral arrangements. She is kind and soft spoken, generally unassuming. Roselyn dislikes being the center of attention, and would easily give into self-deprecation if she feels the praises are undeserved. She is not really a loner, and she has no issue talking with her clients but she is not overly sociable, doesn't really seek out to have many friends. She is generous, always ready to help a friend. Diplomacy and tact are something lacking, and whenever it does and she realizes it, her attempt at correcting it usually ends up with her digging herself a deeper hole. When angry, she gets upset and she would rather avoid the confrontation altogether and come back later.
Ability
Green Thumb: she enhances growth of plants, rejuvenate fading ones, and at the price of an effort might even be able to revive a plant.

History
Roselyn was the third and last child of her parents. She lived a very happy life, although older brother and sister did make some of it rather difficult and miserable. She was a good kid, and school was easy for her. With her good grades, she received a scholarship for a private high school and she was all too happy to get away from an older sister who thought her her personal maid, and the slew of teens that were trying to use their friendship with her to get to her brother. In that new school out of town, Roselyn Ashmore was nobody's little sister.
Through the highschool years, she made few friends but the few that she did make were her most precious ones. One of them she met during her last year. He was in her classes and he was blind. Where some of the people in the class were uneasy because of his disability, Roselyn was curious. Shy, she didn't dare to approach him upfront, but started by little things to help him. Soon, she was sitting beside him in class, and giving him her support whenever he could use it. Their friendship grew, and they became attached at the hip. They even made sure that they were going to the same college.
As time passed, the two of them grew ever closer and finally became engaged and married. They were young, and most of those that cared to comment told them that it was a mistake marrying so young, but they had known each other for years already. Roselyn managed to get a job in her preferred field, and so did he. For a while, the adaptation was a bit difficult, but Roselyn felt herself growing closer and closer to her beloved man.
One fateful night, as she closed the flowershop where she worked, someone attacked her and drained her almost dry. She woke up hours later, and was told the harsh truth: she was no longer human. As much as Roselyn wanted to deny it, the enhanced hearing and sense of smell made it hard to deny. She also could not feel her pulse. The burning at the back of her throat spoke of how thirsty she was and her body knew what for. She couldn't stay with her husband; not only would he know but she would put him in danger and killing him would kill her. She went back home, knowing that he would be out looking for her. She gathered her clothes, her personal effects, but she left everything else behind. Roselyn disappeared.
For well over a decade, she was a drifter with her maker. They visited all the coven in the USA states, but Roselyn preferred the newer one. When time came to leave Louisiana, she decided that it was time for him to go on his own, and for her to stay. She rented a space on the ground level and started her own flower business. That's when she discovered that she could influence plants. She's been working her shop since, but her heart had remained behind, with her husband.
