Boggart: That her family really doesn't want anything to do with her. Her father's mistakes coming back to bit her in the ass.
Personality: Laid-back, observant, stubborn, playful, crafty...
Most tend to assume Regina to be a lot less intelligent than she really is and a muggle-born to boot. It's likely due in large part to the California hood-chick persona she presents at first glance but whatever. She doesn't really care to correct those assumptions as it makes her job a lot easier when preparing to take someone for all the cash they've got. She's often looked down upon by those too snobby to bother to get to know her but those inclined to take the time are usually pleasantly surprised... or at they very least they aren't bored.
A little Deeper:
Reggie transferred to Hogwarts last year (as a 2nd year) and she's finding it all sorts of interesting, though occasionally--or mor than occasionally--stuffy. The backpack wearing, dice throwing, skateboarding pureblood is intelligent, energetic, street-smart, enjoys studying people, and is very comfortable in her own skin.
Growing up with a single parent who seemed to be on the run from something (what that was she doesn't know), she spent a lot of her time mixing it up with SoCal muggles learning how to hustle and just get down the muggle way. A true tomboy at heart, Reggie doesn't mind getting down and dirty and is always up for some fun of the rough housing variety. She can be a little goofy, loud and boisterous at times, but is mostly just real chill and down to earth. Well, until you step out of line that is... then she won't hesitate to correct you or knock your teeth out if she has to.
Having never met her father, who was supposedly some big shot hustler of a wizard or whatever in Europe, she doesn't think much of the blood status stuff, and now that her mother finally passed and she lives with strange family in a strange country... she still doesn't think much of it. Still, while a large part of her misses home and all her friends, a small part of her has embraced the change and even appreciates the fact that she now gets a chance to get her Euro-hustle on.
Family:
Dominguez family - a pureblood family based in Spain. They are not exceedingly large or wide spread but do hold a certain wealth and status in the wizarding world. They have no knowledge of Regina at all otherwise they never would have allowed her mother to run off to America with her.
Hale family - a particularly cruel and nasty pureblood family. Most live in Wales.
