Appearance
Raleigh is extremely well put together all the time. Her clothes are very feminine, and even when in her casual clothes she seems like she spent at least an hour in the bathroom. Her long blonde hair frames her face in either cascades of waves and curls, or straightened locks when she wears it down, though she often wears it back in a ponytail to keep it out of her face. She always has at least a little eyeliner on, and either red matte lipstick or a sheer gloss. Typically in flats due to her height, Raleigh only wears heels when she feels is necessary, which is rarely ever. She fears the additional height will only end up making her look even lankier then she already feels.
Personality
Quiet and unassuming Raleigh was never really “the bell of the ball,” Certainly not for the lack of her mother trying to make her that way though. Polite, well mannered, soft spoken, and kind are all words that have been used to describe her before. However, if you really get to know Raleigh you will see that she is also a ham, and enjoys to have fun. Raleigh enjoys a good mystery book or love story as much as the next girl, and likes to try and solve mysteries herself. She also really loves music, and while not incredibly gifted musically, she can carry a tune and play both acoustic guitar and piano.

Romance, passion, and that heady feeling when you first fall for someone are all things that Raleigh loves. She’s not really sure of her likes in the bedroom though, as she’s only had one partner, and he was pretty vanilla. Raleigh has a feeling that she’ll like mildly taboo stuff, but she isn’t sure yet. It would take finding a partner she feels comfortable with to explore those things with. However, there is no piece of her that thinks she will enjoy scat, bathroom play, humiliation, or extreme pain. That stuff is a big ol’ no.
History
Raleigh was born in Atlanta Georgia, to two very odd parents, or atleast Raleigh thought they were odd. They were the type of people who liked to name their kids after the places they were conceived. So, when she was older, Raleigh found out she was conceived in North Carolina while her parents were on vacation. From that point on she really hated her first name.
Unlike her older sister Savanah, Raleigh wasn’t into the whole debutante ball/ cotillion scene. Her mother pushed it on her though, making her attend etiquette classes and entering her in pageants once she hit her teens. Up until then Savanah had been the poster child for everything her parents wanted in a daughter. Raleigh was a quiet bookworm though. Artsy, and not what a “southern gentleman” would want in a wife. Through all the hassles her mother put her through; Raleigh’s father encouraged her hobbies though. It was his encouragement that gave her the strength to venture out on her own when she turned 18.
Spending two years abroad in Europe traveling, sightseeing, and attending some school with some of the money she’d received for graduation Raleigh almost didn’t come back to the states. However, when her sister got married she came back for the wedding and decided to stay, though not in Georgia. Moving to La Jara, Raleigh enrolled in the local college with an undeclared major. With the fact that her true passion was a good mystery Raleigh debated forensics, or some type of investigation, but until a time the decision has been made, she’s enrolled in basic mandatory classes and moved into Rancho Sangre Apartments after meeting a fellow student who lived there. The fact vampires were real was not much of a shock to her, and the whole protection for blood deal wasn’t a bad set up. So she lives in the apartments, happily unclaimed, providing blood for vampires who need it, but nothing more, as you aren’t required to give anything more to the vampires unless you with to.
