What about him/her is suited to this House: Raj is a hard worker that puts all of his energy into a task and will not stop until it is completed. His loyalty to his friends and family is unshakable, though that will not stop him from speaking out should he think they are in the wrong.
How did she/he react at sorting? He was fine with it, though he had hoped to belong in Gyffindor. It wasn’t until her truly understood the values of the house of Puff that Raj realize that he was lucky to have been chosen for such qualities.

Personality:
Raj likes to think of himself as a suave, ladies man, and in his younger years he was known to be quite the “dog”. However as he matured Raj began to see the negative side of that life and began to take on a deeper respect for women, finally settling in to a more serious young man, focusing on his studies. Though he still maintains the suave attitude towards women, only now it is done in a more mature fashion. He remains very flirtatious, only instead of an endless stream of one-night stands, Raj is looking for a girl he can get to know inside and out.
A little Deeper:
Born to an aboriginal warrior and white mother, (Francis) he and his twin sister (Maya) were home schooled, learning both magic theory, and the ways of the ancient aboriginal clan that his father belonged. Raj played rugby and any other sport he was able to join. He holds a black belt in judo, runs religiously, keeping his body in top physical condition.
At the age of nine, Raj was a witness to the shooting death of his father, killed by poachers in the outback of Australia. After his father's death, Raj struggled somewhat with youthful fighting earning him “trouble maker” reputation. He was taken under the wing of a local tribe elder who taught Raj and his sister to care for the animals in the Koala Kangaroo Sanctuary until it was the family moved to London after Fran was offered a placement in the Australian Embassy.
He and his sister still spend the summers back in Australia helping out in the sanctuary.
