Pern: Skies Of Fire - Farmer Hall
This is the craft for those that want to make the world grow around them. From flowers, to plants, to the harvest needed to provide the base for foods and delights. The Farmer craft is in charge of dealing with all the fields and the places that grow foods. They help the BeastCrafters and even the Holds, when it comes to making things run the way they should. They handle the harvests, and deliver the grain.
This is a craft that accepts apprentices of any age, and there is no aging out of being an apprentice. You could be an apprentice your enitre life. But some people find they specialize in certain things, some prefer crafting new foods through crossbreeding - and some like to grow and create new fruits or vegetables.
The current Master Farmer of Pern is a woman in her 80s - there is two possible that will take her place a Man in his 60s and a Woman in her 50s.
