Personality

Energetic, Slightly Forgetful…okay so she would lose her head if it wasn’t attached, Curious, Talented/Creative, and very friendly. Paige is often late for classes, mainly due to her lack of organization and how easily she is distracted. Her thoughts are running full speed ahead and in a million directions. More often than not she is almost to her class when she realizes she has forgotten her books back in the common room. You can often see her running through the halls, skirting around corners and taking the stairs two at a time, always in a rush to get from one place to another. Paige always has a smile on her face and a quick apology on her lips as she is normally crashing into someone or stepping on their toes. With a song constantly playing in her head, she often sings or hums while concentrating on her studies, totally unaware how such actions might disturb others. Thankfully her voice is lovely that most people will be willing to forgive her, though there have been some very stern looks shot her way that had her instantly clamping her lips together in an attempt to keep the music from escaping. She has many friends, though mostly sits with her sisters, all of which are in Hufflepuff. Friendly, Paige is open and talkative to anyone who might approach her. The three Buckett sisters keep their singing up with regular practices and look forward to returning home each June and entertaining is in their blood.

A Little Deeper

Paige Buckett (BooKAY) is the youngest of three girls. They were all brought up in the small seaside village of Aldeburg, located on the River Alde, the town most is notable for its Blue Flag shingle beach and fisherman huts where freshly caught fish are sold daily. A popular weekend destination, with second homes making up roughly a third of its residential property, the village seems almost stuck in the past with not many hotspots other than the ancient Moot Hall (where the town council still meets), Napoleonic-era Martello tower to the south, sheltered yachting marina at Slaughden, and two family run shops serving fish and chips, one of which is often cited as among the best fish and chip shops in the UK (and just so happens to belong to the Buckett family. Paige and her two older sisters, Ruby Ray Buckett (4th year Hufflepuff) and Melissa Nicole Buckett (5th year Hufflepuff) grew up in a very close family, sharing responsibility for the family business as well as the family’s favorite pass time. Singing became a hobby and a passion, with each girl perfecting their talents singing songs from a famous group by the name of The Andrew Sister. Their talents grew so impressive that the girls often have paid bookings for the local dances put on by the town council at Moot Hall, entertaining the locals and many holiday goers alike.

Family

fathers side Bruce Buckett (wizard – muggleborn – age 47) was the first in his family to be born with magical ability. He found Hogwarts overwhelming in his youth but soon fell into a group of friends that had him filled with stories of fun and laughter. It was those stories he often shared with his daughters (many stories were told so many times that the girls are now able to recite them word for word alongside of their father, much to the delight of many around them.)

mothers side Karen (Taylor)Buckett (muggle – age 45) came to the seaside town of Aldeburg for a “gig” more years back than she cares to remember. It was there she met the handsome son of a fish and chip owner. The very same night she had performed at the Moot Hall for the first time, Karen fell in love…also for the first time. It was love at first sight and the rest, as they say, is history. The three girls she was blessed took after her in more than just talent for singing, but also for the luscious colour of their red hair.
