Nyarlathotep
Nyarlathotep, also known as The Crawling Chaos, The God of The Bloody Hand, The Dark Pharoh, The Haunter of the Dark, The Bloated Woman, The Skinless Man, and many other names, is the diety who presides over dreams and nightmares. He can appear in nearly any form, and most often appears as an incredibly charismatic dark skinned man. He is selfish to his core, and has an attitude of amused contempt towards inferior beings such as mortals. He grants spells to clerics mostly to amuse himself, and occasinally refuses to grant spells or grants additional spells to his clerics for reasons known only to him.
Some sages think that loki and Nyarlathotep might be the same person, but a cleric of nearly any religion would find that proposal preposterous.

Temples: The temples of Nyarlathotep are always completely concealed in their local environment, quite often as a temple of another religion. The priests of Nyarlathotep take great pride in scamming other gods of their prayers by tricking adherents of other faiths into praying to Nyarlathotep.
