Personality
Kystren is a timid and fun loving type of girl. She is very friendly but not very sociable around others. She is very creative and smart; one of her passions is taking pictures of people and places to share with others. She has a lot of confection emotions about her father and her estrange mother but keeps everything bottled up and paints on a fake smile for her Nannie who has done everything and been there for her in her throughout her life. People find her very cryptic and mysterious. No one can getting pass her secretiveness to really get to know who she really is. She not very confident in herself but is trusting, hopeful, upbeat when people really get to know her personally. |

Kystren is the only child born into a semi wealth Liverpuddlin family of businessmen known as Lacroix Crock's; for their underhanded ways and blood-thirst for money. Her family has lived in the old village of Woolton since the turn of the century building an infamous reputation in the community. Her father, a famous lawyer, who set a monster of a man free and sent innocent man to prison years ago, has built his wealth off of blood money and other bribes from rich elite families. Sadly, Kystren has been painted with the same brush as her sinful family, even though she is nothing like her father or relatives. Ever since Kystren was little her father had always been away on cases, which has caused a big rift between them. She has never known her mother, since she ran off with another man at the tenner age of two, leaving Kyrsten in the hands of her disgruntled father. Ignored and shunned by her only known relative, most of the time when he is home, she keeps to herself and her photos; exploring her world through the lens of her camera, finding an escape from her life of imprisonment by her families reputation to make her own. Spending time with her Nannie, who also is the family’s housekeeper, is the only family she knows and has been accepted as one of Nannie's children in the small town where she was brought up to be a lady. Kystren dreams of leaving her gilded palace and to experience life and freedom from her father and making an imprint on the world. Kyrsten never knew of her magical ability till the age of eight when she blasted a group of mean girls who were teasing her, with a powerful gust of wind. Scared and unsure of her new found magic did Nannie reveal her mother’s past of being a halfblood. Nannie, a muggle herself, helped Kyrsten adjust and pushed her into the magic world of wands and wizards. Hoping to be accept more as herself than a Lacroix did she dive into the wizards academy with an opened mind to learn more of her mother’s and her wizard history. Hopeful to find an answer to why her mother left her… |
