Chinatown

Chinatown was formerly run by the Chinese mafia, but with the help of Monica Cozzi...or the Baroness of Blood...Lady Tatiana Andropova now controls the majority. There are a variety of Chinese businesses, restaurants, stores and architectural references to the home country in this area of Burden City, making if more colorful than the majority of the drab metropolis.

The main source of entertainment and revenue is the Blue Dragon Casino, which will soon house some of Lady Ana's personally selected Chinese prostitutes. Monica is Mistress here, and Tatiana by proxy.

Blue Dragon Casino

Previously owned by the Chinese mafia, the Blue Dragon is now owned by Tatiana Andropova, and headed by her close associate Monica Cozzi. Obviously it has a Chinese theme as it is in the heart of Chinatown, and is one of the better kept buildings on the strip.

Now that Tatiana is in charge, she is using her wealth and influence to turn it into a first-rate casino, and Monica is overseeing every renovation and employment change. There will also be a small group of high class prostitutes available for use in one of the winner's suites. It's not a large hotel, but it does have a few luxury rooms.

The bottom floor is just as you'd expect from a casino with every game that Vegas has, and dealers galore. There is a bar and buffet on the second floor, the third floor houses the rooms, and the fourth floor houses offices.

Cardith Detective Agency

Cardith Detective Agency is situated on the bottom half of the loft apart owned by Alicia. It rest over top of one of the many Chinese Take-out restaurants in China town. There are no signs and little indication of anyone living there just looking from the outside, but those who want to find her know where they can. The entrance is located on the side alley, picked specifically for it's privacy. The interior though, is neat, polished and professional. Not at all what you'd expect to find in such a place, but then again living in Burden it pays to be unpredictable. The office is furnished with a large desk, a few wooden file cabinets line the walls and a monitor sits on the desk. There are a few lamps, a coffee maker and a small television set resting on a side table. The only pictures she has in the room is of a woman who looks nearly identical to herself, but the pictures age shows that it's really her mother.

Above the office up a spiraled metal staircase is her bedroom. The contents are simple. A black wood framed queen sized bed set against a back wall and a dresser sit against the opposite wall. A flat screen tv sits on the dresser attached to a computer hidden in one of the draws. A mouse and keyboard are the only other things sitting on it. In the corner, next to a window is a large red pillow. The food dishes sitting to the right of it shows the existence of two cats. One dish read "Sheva" and the other "Blue".
