Physical Description: Carus is a man who's body has been defined over a childhood of poverty and murder, living in the deepest part of the Aquilonian capital Tarantia. His mother was a Zamorian woman of incredible beauty, purchased by an Aquilonian Brothel owner on a trip to Zamora. He inherited her onyx coloured hair and her sharp facial features from this woman, and his pearly white skin and sullen face from his unknown father, although his mother believes he was a man from the North. His body is heavily scarred with past pains from his life in Tarantia's gutters, and he is guarded in revealing the extent of them.

He wears the thick leathers and warm cloaks of a traveler accustomed to many different climates. Armed with a simple, swift blade and daggers, he is well prepared for his run and gun tactics, keeping his opponents confused and flat-footed.

Personality: Carus is guarded to strangers, well acquainted with the cutthroats and lowlifes on the streets. His outlook on life isn't much better, and he cannot easily see the good in the world. He takes what he wants when he does, thinking only for himself and those he travels with. His mother was a spiritual woman, however, and taught him to respect those with control of the arcane and spiritual.
