Burden City Homes
Naomi Bell & Melody Andersen's Home
This is the latest home of Naomi Bell, currently living under the alias Dana Smith. It was purchased four years ago in 2006 when she changed her name once again after living with her original name for two years. Melody Andersen eventually moved here from her own place three years ago, after dating Naomi for few months and since then has resided here.
It's a large two storey house in an upscale part of the Burden City, where only the rich roam and actually some amount of law and order exists for a change due to the powerful beings living in the vicinity.
The first floor includes the kitchen, bar, living room, and a large garage. The second floor consists of the their bedroom, a guest room (Which is empty pretty much all the time and mostly used by Naomi to stash random weapons and other such stuff in there with only her having access to the place.) and bathrooms. There's a small basement, which includes a games room and library. The backyard contains a swimming pool and small lawns for relaxation.
Brittney Starr's Studio Apartment

Brittney's studio apartment was located on the third floor of the Balmoral Apartment building. She made do with the modest accommodations her earnings afforded her. It was a cozy enough space for one person, even two, but any more than that and the apartment's small floor plan would become cramped. Britt hated the place, as much work she had put into making it as comfortable for her as she could. She'd kill for a larger place and finding a larger apartment was one of the prerequisites to getting her three year-old daughter Stacie back from child welfare services. The apartment featured her bed most prominently, taking up a good chunk of the square footage itself. A love seat, coffee table and a round table and chair set took up the remaining space. The floors were hardwood, the walls relatively plain with a couple accents and exposed brick. There was a tiny bathroom and kitchenette for those rare times Britt ate in. A larger walk-in closet did provide space for her clothes as well as anything else that didn't fit in the main living space, doubling as storage for her and her daughter's things.
Britt didn't spend a great deal of time here, and when she did it was most often to sleep, so as inconvenient as the space was it suited the purpose all the same. She only rarely had evenings off, and when she did it was frequently Sundays. Occasionally she would have a girlfriend or boyfriend over but often opted for roomier locales if they were to be had. On those rare days off that coincided with visitations she had with Stacie, she could be found here making a dinner for her daughter or just hanging out, watching movies on a portable DVD player or reading.
The apartment's door has both a bolt and chain lock, as well as a peep hole. The windows do open and secure only simply on the bottom with swivel latch. She rarely opens them however, expect on hot summer evenings. The building's age ensured voices and banging doors were frequently heard. Smells too wafted in from other units, be it cooking or heaven's knows what. Heat was provided by old styled radiators, controlled from within the apartment.
Lexie Sander's Home
Lexie's home means everything to her, in a world were she had to, for the main part, pretend to be someone else to protect herself, her home reflects every glorious side of her multifaceted personality.
Lexie's house is a simple two story place with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen. Theres a small fenced yard in the back with a tree with the remains of an old tree house still clinging to the limbs. She'd thought many time of fixing up the tree house but never seems to be able to find the time between leading her double life.
Few make it past the doors of her sanctuary but if you happen to be one of the lucky few to earn her trust you'll notice something about her right away. Lexie is cluttery and not very organized. Books are stacked on her coffee table in no real order, make up was left forgotten there as well. Old mail was piled up on the kitchen counter and beside the phone several notes obviously written to herself stayed where she left them. But if you asked her, Lexie would know exactly where everything was in her house, she may not be the neatest person in the world but she had her own kind of organization.
Her office is another story. Her office looks like it belongs to another person and holds more incriminating evidence of her double life then any cop could ever dream existed. Lexie was far to anal about her work to throw anything away and it was all perfectly organized within the file cabinets lining the walls. The empty wall space was covered with Large color maps of Burden with notes scribbled all over them and new paper clippings lined one wall behind the desk, all the clipping were about 'Candy'.
Luca Ludwig's Home
The current home residence of 'Gentleman Thief' Luca Ludwig. The place is a large, two story modern house that he bought in the year 2006 after a successful job and had money to spend. From both his Criminal and 'normal' jobs, in case you were wondering.
The ritzy home is located in one of the isolated part of Burden City, so the man can have his privacy. Both his personal time and work time. The house also has all the proper documentations of the sell, purchase and lease with the taxes of it paid accordingly on time without any hiccups. He rather not go down like Al Capone did, thank you very much.
The accountant lives by himself here and no one else, though he did have the home renovated in 2009. This was done so that from time to time his lover, Margaret Asher, could stay with him if she felt like it.
Evie Anderson's Apartment
Evie's home are always the same no matter what city she lived in. It's always a small cramped one bed room place with a moderate kitchen and a small bath room. Her choices are always so consistently the same you'd guess she did it on purpose but the fact was she never saw any of the places before she moved in. She'd always find a place, preferably furnished, pay for it and show up once the place was hers. If the place wasn't furnished she'd find a local place furnature place purchase a few things over the phone and hire them to set it up before she got there like she did with this apartment.
Evie is so conservative with her money saving every penny she can afford to get what she likes and since she planned on staying in Burden for a while she splurged and got furniture she'd enjoy.
A minimalist by nature theres not a whole lot of personal items. When she moves she usually has one box of personal stuff she takes with her the rest she sells of gives away. She doesn't get attached to items the way some people do. She keeps mostly pictures a few journals, she does have two hard drives worth of information she says she would die without having but those hard drive are her library and with her drive for learning not having a book she need at her fingertips is highly annoying so this was her compromise.
Her home is always neat, if a little neglected. While nothing would be out of place it would be suprising to fine a thin layer of dust covering something like the coffee table that in theory would be used all the time.
The most used room in her house save the bathroom would be her bed room that doubled as her office where she spent countless hours working. Some people dated Evie didn't her first love was her works, school and continued education was a close second but could never compete with her job.
Cardith Detective Agency and Home

Cardith Detective Agency is situated on the bottom half of the loft apart owned by Alicia. It rest over top of one of the many Chinese Take-out restaurants in China town. There are no signs and little indication of anyone living there just looking from the outside, but those who want to find her know where they can. The entrance is located on the side alley, picked specifically for it's privacy. The interior though, is neat, polished and professional. Not at all what you'd expect to find in such a place, but then again living in Burden it pays to be unpredictable. The office is furnished with a large desk, a few wooden file cabinets line the walls and a monitor sits on the desk. There are a few lamps, a coffee maker and a small television set resting on a side table. The only pictures she has in the room is of a woman who looks nearly identical to herself, but the pictures age shows that it's really her mother.
Above the office up a spiraled metal staircase is her bedroom. The contents are simple. A black wood framed queen sized bed set against a back wall and a dresser sit against the opposite wall. A flat screen tv sits on the dresser attached to a computer hidden in one of the draws. A mouse and keyboard are the only other things sitting on it. In the corner, next to a window is a large red pillow. The food dishes sitting to the right of it shows the existence of two cats. One dish read "Sheva" and the other "Blue".
