Burden's Beginnings Motel
Burden's Beginnings Motel is the place to go if you need a place to rest and go or need a quick place to stay until you find a better place to stay. The cozy, two-story apartment building is located in downtown Burden City and it is known by the citizens mostly for openly welcoming newcomers of the city in and one of the few buildings that hasn't been robbed, been a place of a violent crime or been burned down as of yet. It is run by a young woman by the name of Michelle Jasper Cross, whose family has had it ever since the first opening.
The cost of staying in the motel is $20 a day, with additional fees if you decided to use the laundry service ($15) or the all-you-can-eat buffet ($7). These prices, however, are negotiable with Michelle if you talk to her and she feels like you're an exception to the prices.
At any given time, you can pay your charges before your stay, during it or at the end of it. All you have to do is hand the amount of required money to the clerk before you leave. Put it either in a envelope with your name and room number on it or in any other container. It must be in some sort of container with your name and room number in order to avoid any blunders or mistakes from both parties.

Rules of Burden's Beginnings
You must pay your charges when the time comes. Do not give counterfeit money, other currencies or etc.
If you come alone to the motel, you cannot bring any companion (male or female) with you. If you come to the motel with someone else or more than one person, please remember that there are other people here. So please keep any activities you may have with the others down to minimum.
Do not harass, insult or hassle the staff for any reason.
Do not bring in illegal drugs, alcohol or contraband of any sort to the motel.
If anyone breaks or attempts to undermine these rules and is caught by either the staff or manager, they shall be barred from coming back to Burden's Beginnings. If you break the first rule or the last two rules, you will be both barred from the motel and be notified to the proper authorities. No exceptions for either case.

Monday - Friday: 5:00am-12 midnight
Weekend: 5:00am-5:00pm
