Personality

Brenna is a very straight forward girl. She tells things like she sees them and isn't afraid to speak her mind. She is fiercely protective of her family and her heritage. The muggleborn witch is a quirky with a strong love for singing and dancing. She doesn't care who might hear or see her. Her voice is distinct and can be a little loud. She's very latino in nature and heritage but her music is very pop rock. She's hopeless romantic who thinks everyone will find love though she never looks for it for herself, always everyone else first. Brenna prefers to keep her own heart encased in a little cage so it doesn't get broken but she loves to see others happy.

A Little Deeper

Brenna spent the majority of her life in a happy home but busy home. She had a normal childhood with lots of love in her family. Being from a majorly Mexican/Latino based family who lived in Southern California, they were all very close. When Brenna was seven her brother died in a plane crash on his way home from being overseas. He was in the armed forces and had just finished his fourth year in his tour. It devastated her family to a point that her parents moved them all to London away from their home because there were too many memories there and too much pain. Brenna found her sorrow was best spent in her music and song writing. She was often left alone for days at a time, when she started exhibiting signs of magical activity she was approached by the JWA and MoM officials where she was soon sent to JWA when she was of age. Her parents saw it as a good alternative to her boarding school she had been attending. She loved her time spent at JWA and often spent more time with her friends and a Nanny when not in school than with her parents, who made sure they kept themselves busy. The pain of their lost child was too much for them to bear and somehow Brenna had been forgotten in all the grief. She never let their pain hurt her openly and just continued to hope that there was a reason for everything and that the world would find a happy ending for everyone. The dark haired muggleborn witch found a love for mystical creatures and learning magical charms. She couldn't wait to go on to Hogwarts and actually learn how to cast spells instead of just mimicking them. She was an over achiever in her classes in hopes of gaining her parents attention, when that didn't work she just kept on so she could find her own place in the wizarding world one day.
