Physical description: His dark hair is always swept back away from his face neatly, and is cut to lie somewhat below his collar, though occasionally a lock or two may fall and tangle with equally dark lashes that are what some women might consider sinful. The face is chiselled and lips are full enough to be attractive, yet not overly so. Dark brows are often pulled to a slight frown that makes him perhaps difficult to consider approaching. Augustine rarely smiles, though can occasionally be said to find amusement in something. His attire is a neat divide between Edwardian English (1912-ish) and Modern, and rarely does he choose to wear colours save the embroidery which marks semi-formal vests. The cleft in his chin could either be considered a flaw or an asset, depending upon the person one is asking.

Personality: Brooding, Thoughtful, Prideful, Loyal, Mercurial; Intelligent and Compassionate. These are words that would describe the fifth year Hufflepuff, though he would never spend time thinking upon his own attributes. Though he is indeed a Hufflepuff - he is not shy, nor would he be considered the type to give up in a duel of mind, heart or principle. In fact, during his sorting it was said:
Master Harcourt appeared to have no dangerously driving ambition, nor intellect that would have him forget all other pursuits, nor bravery that would have him turned to ash by dragon's flame. Thus it was Hufflepuff he would go, for his loyalty that registered like unto a stubbornness most regal.
He has an enjoyment of fine alcohol both wizarding and muggle, and has an interest in old muggle timepieces much like his father before him - Darius Grensham Harcourt(Mediwizard of Mungo's). He is known at school to be something of a young man with a temper that turns to ice rather than being overly passionate or warm, yet at the same time it takes a considerable serious event to even rouse Augustine to sharp speech. He is known for his soft spoken bass-baritone voice that never rises in volume even when he is fully enraged. Augustine is generally willing to consider any single person once - but has a few things he cannot abide.
These are as follows: overly flirtatious girls, and chattering women. An over abundance of volume (such as screaming and yelling). He is likewise not one that enjoys butterbeer, and absolutely despises most sweets. It is possibly known that he enjoys fine books, thoughtful conversations about Magical History, and has a respect for literature that he is known to have some talent at the activity - but never has any student ever seen his writings. In general, Augustine could give about no fucks and two shits for houses and their politics.
