Cѳѵёп Яёбѳяп MagicѪаgїc There are a number of magical abilities that have been showcased throughout history. Some abilities are inherent or reflexive to certain witches, that is to say, that they do not need to focus or concentrate. Other magics are achieved through the reading of incantations and performance of rituals inscribed on ancient tomes. It is not rare for a witch or warlock to manifest more than three powers, though a Supreme is required to have at least the seven prescribed by the Seven Wonders, though not necessarily all possible powers. It is said that the reason that a Supreme is so powerful is that he or she is the physical embodiment of many and/or all powers. Magic can be used collectively in order to heighten it's strength. An ability may manifest or be triggered without the witch or warlock's knowledge in times of stress. These times of crisis may not only result in just using magic spontaneously, but can also trigger new power manifestation. Powers listed here that are struck out are not available for new character use due to over use by current characters. Primary MagicsPяїѫаяч Ѫаgїc$ Telekinesis - The ability to manipulate objects with the power of the mind. This is the most commonly seen power, displayed by many witches. This is a very versatile power that witches use in many offensive and defensive ways. Not available For Character Creation Concilium - The ability to impose one's will onto another, allowing it to control many parts of the mind (such as actions, thoughts, memories, and etc). It can be resisted, though doing so causes increasing intracranial pressure to the point of explosion. If exercised, it can bend the strongest of wills. It's more commonly known as Coercion and Mind Control.Not available For Character Creation Pyrokinesis - The ability to create, control, and manipulate fire with the power of the mind. Divination - The ability to obtain direct knowledge of an object, person, location, or physical event through means other than the user's physical senses. This can be activated by just being around a person, focusing on specific tasks, searching for information, and touching objects. Transmutation - The ability to move instantaneously from one location to another without physically occupying the space in between, also known as Teleportation. Warlocks refer to this power as "Salire per spatium". Vitalum Vitalis - The ability to balance the scales between one life force and another. Witches/Warlocks can transfer their own life force to nearly dead living things in order to heal them and can even resurrect the dead. Commonly seen side-effects are fainting and dizziness due to the strain. Can also be used to drain life force as well. On rare occasions, some witches are able to reverse injuries and the aging process, even those that resulted in death.Not available For Character Creation Descensum - The ability to descend into the netherworlds of the afterlife. Witches are able to project themselves directly into hell, which takes the form of their worst fears. If a witch is stuck for a certain amount of time, they will never be able to leave and their body disintegrates into dust. To use this power, they commonly chant an incantation. Witches and warlocks have been shown to project themselves into other people's personal hells. Uncommon MagicsЦпcѳѫѫѳп Ѫаgїc$ Black Widow - The magical ability to induce brain aneurysms during sexual intercourse. Individuals who have died and were resurrected are immune to the power. Clairvoyance - The magical ability that can manifest as the power to read the minds of others and project one's thoughts into others, commonly known as Telepathy. Not available For Character Creation Injury Transference - The magical ability to sympathetically transmute physical injuries sustained to the body of another, chosen by the caster, along with the pain and bodily damage of the injury. Ghosts and zombies are immune to the effects of this power, which could prove fatal to a witch wounded by a ghost. Also referred to as "Human Voodoo Doll". Not available for Character Creation Life-Force Detection - The magical ability to detect another witch's life-force (or lack of it). Lie Detection - The magical ability to detect lies. Power Negation - The magical ability to cancel out someone else's magic or voodoo curse. Not available For Character Creation Illusion Manipulation - The magical ability to create and manipulate illusions, causing others to see, hear, touch, smell, and/or taste things which do not actually exist, or cause them to perceive things differently from what they truly are. Not available For Character Creation Levitation - The magical ability to propel oneself or objects in the air. A variation of Telekinesis. Enhanced Agility - The magical ability to perform motions, or movements, at a speed and effortlessness that surpasses that of a normal member of the user's species, possessed of enhanced speed, balance, endurance, flexibility, and reflexes. Scrying - The magical ability to see things such as messages, visions, and prophecies on a reflective surface. Stiricidium - The magical ability to control the weather through the water molecules present in the air. Hydrokinesis - The magical ability to manipulate water and other liquids. Age Reversal - The magical ability to reverse the age of living creatures. Danger Detection - The magical ability to detect imminent danger. Evil Sensing - The magical ability to sense evil like a perfume. Aura Detection - The magical ability to detect auras. Lectio Animo - The magical ability to listen to a person's soul to extract the truth. Aerokinesis - The magical ability to control and manipulate air. Rare MagicsЯаяё Ѫаgїc$ Death Reversal - The magical ability to reverse the death of another person or animal and can even recreate their body from nothing. Injury Reversal - The magical ability to reverse injuries, even those which have resulted in death. Not available For Character Creation The Sight - The magical ability to see significant visions of the past, future, and present through touch, applies to people and objects in a series of visions or premonitions. Described as the greatest ability to have and the most painful to live with. Restricted MagicsЯё$тяїcтёд Ѫаgїc$ Tempus Infinituum - The immensely rare and powerful magical ability of traveling to the past in order to alter historical events. This power is believed to be a myth due to no witch or warlock being confirmed to possess it. There are no documented cases of a witch or warlock successfully executing this power, but the tales of those who tried all end in death. Immortality - One of the rarest powers. The magical ability to live forever and never age, allowing those afflicted by it an immunity to all aging, disease, and death. It can only bestowed upon by a higher power and usually requires annual sacrifices. Resurgence - One of the rarest of powers. The magical ability to resurrect oneself and other individuals. Unlike Vitalum Vitalis, resurgence works by reaching into the place between life and death, drawing a soul back from the precipice before restoring it to the deceased's body. It is considered to be more difficult than any of the Seven Wonders. Resurgence requires the deceased's body to be mostly intact, even if great damage was inflicted upon it. Individuals who had been dead for a considerable amount of time were harder to resurrect. Any damage inflicted on the deceased's body could not be undone by resurgence.
