Human: Her complexion is a couple shades above porcelian-like alabaster, with no blemishes whatsoever. She still has a delicate frame, her measurements are 32b-24-32, and she is pretty tall for a female. Her legs are one of her favorite physical features. First would be her eyes, her hair, and then her legs. She has two tattoos, a small white unicorn on her inner left wrist and the words [color=blue][i][font=comic sans ms]the girl who waited...[/font][/i][/color]on her right hip.

Ainsley is kind and caring, but she tends to stay to herself. When she finds someone she is genuinely interested in and trusts, she tends to give the relationship her all..whether it be platonic or romantic. Her love is not fleeting, when she falls...she falls hard. She only has harsh words to say about anyone if they are arrogant, do not keep their word, or if she's just in any kind of negative mood. She can be quite silly if the mood calls for it and/or she's with the right person. Change gives her slight anxiety, she has struggled/is struggling with this.

History
Ainsley was born to two luck fae in a small village in Scotland where she had been taught to glamour at a young age so she could attend human school. In the human world, her mother had been a foreign language tutor/teacher so the knowing several different languages was easily explained for the young fae. As she grew older, she started becoming curious about seeing more of the world. She grew restless the older she got and had finished high school early so she could attend university earlier than was the norm, it had been hard being a female who was highly intelligent, finding the right university in the 1920s as most had just begun accepting female students.
Her love life had always been lacking, that was until her Freshman year of university, she met this gorgeous sidhe and fell head over heels for him at first sight. His sidhe appearance, which she could see through the glamour was the most beautiful form that she had ever come across and his human form was also quite fetching. They'd ignored their parents' warnings about the two courts mixing. She was Seelie and he was Unseelie, but that did not matter to the two of them. All that mattered was that they were completely enamored with one another. Moving in together when they were Sophomores, their love deepened and neither could imagine life being any better than it already was. Yes, they sometimes clashed over small things such as his thirst for change and her tendencies to stick with tradition but they always were good at handling their differences, and the sex...the sex was mind-blowing. He was more dominant which perfectly suited the submissive within her.
After graduating, the differences between them as well as the pressure from their families became too much and they sadly went their separate ways. Ainsley had been completely devastated and as much as she'd tried over the many many years (about 80) they'd left one another, she still wasn't over him.
She had graduated with a double major in literature and journalism with a minor in marketing which landed her a low level job as an editor's assistant which led to becoming an editor in a few short years. She soon grew tired of someone telling her what to do and worked towards opening her own publishing company. She thoroughly enjoyed being her own boss and earning more money than she'd ever dreamed possible, but after a couple of decades she grew weary of the business side. She had lived in Manhattan for several decades and her heart longed for Europe, the rich history drew her back to the continent, she spent a decade or two scouring several countries for obscure texts. Settling in London where she opened a bookstore, she wanted to fall in love with literature once more.
Over her vast lifetime, Ainsley had experimented with all sorts of relationships. She had even broadened her horizon by discovering that she was attracted to men and women. None of her suitors had been what she'd been yearning for though and there was always one thing wrong with them. They were not the beautiful sidhe who had captured her body and soul so many years ago.
She had found a home within London's vampire coven, living freely as her natural form within the maze that solely belonged to the fair folk of London. It was the only place she felt truly free. It was true that she owned a flat in an affluent London neighbourhood, but she never felt comfortable removing the glamour that she always had to keep in place to fit in with the humans.
