Audin Mengsk (b. 1873) is an Investigator of the Burden City Police Department's attempts to catch the Crime Lord and works as an FBI Agent, while moonlighting as a vigilante by the name Masterarm. He is not a born resident of Burden City but is instead the FBI liaison during the city's attempts to clear out the crimes.
Biography
Not much is known about Audin's past, which maybe the entire point in order to give him a mysterious and dangerous feel among others. All that is know about him is that he is a ruthlessly efficient and intelligent FBI agent that had many Internal Affairs (IA) investigations against him due to his brutal procedures when going after criminals. The majority of the investigations have been noted to come up with nothing and have been dropped.
He is in Burden City, under the cover as an Sgt. Detective that is a new transfer to town after getting a promotion. In reality, he is the FBI liaison that will help out the investigation after the FBI has noticed the dramatic increase of the crime statistics coming from there in the last few years. Whether or not he will use his vigilante disguise here is still unknown, like everything about this man.
Physical Appearance
Audin is a physically fit, attractive man with elegant, sharp features and a distinct easy smile if he wishes to call it up. He has black hair that is cut and slicked back in a professional manner, with light green eyes to match. He has lightly tanned skin that is marked with a beauty mark on his inner right thigh and a constant shadow on his jawline. He is 6 feet and 3 inches. He has a physically fit figure, a non-surprise due to his grueling work as an FBI agent and his brutal methods on the criminals he manages to get his hands on.
Personality
Audin is a charismatic man with manipulative tendencies to get what he wants, a great believer of 'ends justifying the means', especially if it means getting the bad guys in the end. He has a strict, strong, if not warped, sense of justice and conduct and will do anything to carry it out. He is ruthless, harsh and sinister to those who get in his way, and will get rid of them if needed and it doesn't matter who that person is. If they're an obstacle, he'll find a way to cut them down and continue on.
He is an intelligent man, having to be one in order to be one step ahead of the IA investigations, and knows it. He is somewhat arrogant but at the same time, bitter and jaded of the world around him due to what he had seen while an FBI agent. And what he possibly seen while growing up as a child. It is not known if he has a soft or kind side, but he can be a charmer and is a natural method actor if it called for it. He likes having power or dominance over others as well.
While a good and just man over all, Audin is a bit of a wild card and dangerous. It is best to not toy or wrong him in anyway. Because he will remember it and will remember your face. And God help you if the smart, determined man gets his hands on you or your weaknesses.
