Star Trek - Futa Generation
« on: September 10, 2010, 02:59:13 AM »
MAIN THREAD
OUT-OF-CHARACTER THREAD

The Idea:
Despite the futa-hook of the RP I want to emphasise that I'm hoping to focus on the reactions of the crew, the gradual acceptance of the change and how it affects them as opposed to having oodles of crazy sex.  Not that there won't be oodles of crazy sex but I definitely don't want to see random orgies occurring in the main thread. The RP will actually revolve around the crew trying to continue as if everything were business-as-usual, with away-missions, alien encounters, emergencies, and all the rest of it propping up for the duration of the RP.

As for what's happened to the crew, it's simple.

All the females and maybe some of the males (depending on if I like any suggestions) have gone through a transformation after the failed warp jump, with the female crew (to put it delicately) now sporting large members. It's a jarring and uncomfortable experience for the crew, with many likely being traumatised and too afraid to show anyone what has happened. And since they've never had one I expect random erections, lewd and wandering thoughts as well as an overactive sex drive and a constant need for "private time". All while trying to hide bulges and the like from the suspicious eyes of colleagues. (Note: I'm definitely not trying to say anything about men)

There's also one scene I'm exceptionally keen on having, the rape of a male crew member. If this isn't done by anyone then it'll happen in the background during the early parts of the game. You won't HAVE to read it, just know that it happened.

That said, I also want to point out that in no way am I going to force everyone to know Star Trek backwards to play. This isn't about accuracy, just fun. Plus, I really don't know enough to start judging what fits and what doesn't.

The Setting:
After the catastrophic failure of an experimental drive's test run, the USS Ember finds itself deposited into an unfamiliar and uncharted portion of space. And while damages are minimal, many crew members quickly discover that they've undergone a bizarre change upon exiting the jump -- with most too shocked or embarrassed to share these new developments. The transformations are easy to hide at first seeing as the USS Ember is only on its maiden voyage, making everyone practically strangers. However, it isn't long before others on the ship start noticing the strange behaviour of their fellow crew members.

The story starts as rumours and suspicions begin to grow, only a day after the warp jump.

Crucial Roles:
Captain - Filled
Lead Scientist - Unfilled
Medical Officer - Filled
Counsellor - Filled

My Role:
I'll be playing an ensign mainly as well as take up the role of non-player characters (including First Officer in the event the Captain disappears); a job I'll gladly share if anyone wants to volunteer. I'll also be willing to play friends or significant-others if anyone wants me to RP the disgust, or shame, they might expect if they intend to reveal their changes (accidently or otherwise).

Sexual Elements:
If at all possible I'd like for sexual situations to be moved to separate threads during the RP while fading to black in the main thread, so everyone can have their fun while not causing the story to stagnate. Also, I want to point out that this will be an Extreme role play meaning that, UNLESS one of the participants is not keen, situations might get a bit bizarre. For example, there may be tentacles, cock-in-cock, and all the rest of it. I'm definitely not aiming for realism.

Current RP'ers:
Linna as Lt. Rina Jane (Medical Officer)
Kate as Andrea Light (Counsellor)
orderNchaos as Kroken Liara (Engineer) and Xander Grayn (First Officer)
Scribbles as Kathryn Blacklake (Captain)
Polymorph as Tarah P'Trell (Security Officer) and D'Sira Korroth (Klingon Military Observer)
Wolfy as Hitomi Ayaname (Operations Officer)

Hi

I created this character for a different roleplay, but there's been no activity there. Would the character be acceptable in this game instead?

Name:Tarah P'Trell
Age:30
Race:Andorian standard
Gender:Zhen (Andorians have four sexes, Zhen is closest to a human female).
Species: Andorian
Species ability: Andorian's evolved in caves and tunnels on their arctic homeworld, their antenna's give them a sixth, batlike sense of  their surroundings even in pitch darkness. This is directional, facing forward from their antenna (this is why Andorians antenna twitch and move, rather like eyes swiveling in their sockets to see peripherally). This sense is only works for solid objects.
Position: Security
Sexual Likes, dislikes, desires, needs, fantasies: Pan-sexual, bondage fetish, anal sex, being spanked (by hand or paddle)
Background: Grew up on Andoria in an extended conventional family (two mothers, two fathers) all of whom served in the military. Followed the family tradition and enlisted in starfleet. Chose security as her specialisation. Her Andorian physiology is tougher than a humans, is resistant to cold environments though she has lower tolerance for heat. Whilst on duty is tough and dominating, but would rather be submissive when engaging in sexual relations out of uniform. After being temporarily captured by Ferengi raiders, she discovered a hitherto hidden side of her psyche that delighted in being stripped and treated as a slave. Will fight tenaciously to avoid capture, but once a prisoner will quickly succumb to her subconscious desires.

Hi Polymorph, I'm sure she'll fit in the story nicely. I was actually hoping for a few alien crew members. :-)

Exactly how Andorians plumbing or sexual practices works, I have no idea. Wiki says they have four sexes all of which are needed to procreate and marriages also have four partners. Technically I suppose if she's the human equivilent of bi-sexual an Andorian is quadri-sexual?

I'm not really sure... You could say she's pan-sexual, if you like? If you want to discuss it further though, just send me a quick PM. I'm sure we can work something out.

I have a couple of characters that I had started in a Star Trek thread with someone else.  The RP has died, but I'd like to continue running one or both of them if interested.

One is an Orion 1st Officer and the other is a Bajorian Engineering officer.

If that sounds like what you're looking for, let me know and I'll post CS.  And btw, I totally don't care about the whole EXTREME scene thing, do your worst! ehehhee

Hi orderNchaos,

Dying Star Trek RPs is starting to feel like a recurring theme. It makes me want to try even harder to make this succeed.

Feel free to pick either or both. As long as you're sure you're not overextending yourself it's perfectly fine.

And I'll take that challenge!

I'll post both of them, and you can decide who you think would best work for the game.

Character Name: Ensign Kroken Liara (true Bajoran form)
Race: Bajoran
Gender: Female
Role: Astrometrics and Propulsion Engineer

Background:  Liara was born on Bajor during the Occupation lived her adolescence through the Occupation and the Dominion War.  She had always been a technically minded soul and got a chance at an early age to live on DS9 and work with Chief O'Brien as an apprentice.  Near the end of the Dominion War Liara was recruited to go to the Academy for her exceptional engineering skills.  Though she was younger than most of the cadets she excelled in all classes, unfortunately she also excelled in a very over active sex drive.  It was not a well known fact that Liara was a believer in a sect of the Bajoran religion that believed that divine contact to the Prophets could be found through visions brought on by excessive sex.  Liara spent her first year at the academy being very promiscuous which almost cost her the position at the academy.  She learned to control her impulses and when she graduated star fleet command.  By a sheer fluke of timing and being in the right place at the right time, Liara was assigned to the Kinkiness as her first assignment.

Sexuality:  Liara is a very open minded soul and will seek out sex as a means of interpersonal contact, religious fervor and just plain NEED.  She is very submissive during sex due to her small size but also very aggressive in pursuing her desires till the end.  Liara will generally endure great levels of arousal as part of her religious belief in divine visions, which unfortunately usually only happens when she's passed out after.

Name: Lt Commander Xander Grayn
Age: 35
Race: Orion
Gender: Male
Position: First Officer
Sexual Likes, dislikes, desires, needs, fantasies: Bisexual.  Being an Orion open to at least try most things.
Background: Xander Grayn spent his childhood as a runner for the Orion syndicate.  Arrested one day attempting to run weapons through Deep Space 4 for a Ferengi black market trader, Xander was given a chance to turn his life around by the Captain of DS4.  Transfered to Earth and enrolled in Star Fleet Academy, Xander proved very adept and flexible in learning the skills needed to command star ships.  Having spent most of his years running small cargo ships for the Syndicate, Xander was at home in space and quickly found himself at the helm of smaller star ships.  His natural Orion physique and allure allowed him to quickly work his way up the ranks through friendships and relationships.  Xander's character and personality made him a very capable diplomat, making him a natural selection for First officer on a deep space starship.

They'd both fit so it's really up to you which you'd prefer to RP with. Near the end of Kroken's background however you mention her being assigned to the Kinkiness, is that your last RP's ship?

This is a character from another thread where the storyteller disappeared would adore to play her.

Character Name: Andrea Light
Player: Kate
Race: Betaziod
Gender: Female => Futa
Role: Counselor / Negotiator

Ship assignment Background

Andrea is a relatively new comer on board the ship but has demonstrated silver tongued placation which timely smoothed over what could have been a diplomatic disaster for trade. The outcome was a boon at the time leaving the cargo hold containing an assortment of alien commodities beyond what most could hope for.

Current State

One of the VIP rooms has been assigned to her quarters which she is highly impressed with and does keep decorated with numerous indoor plants of exotic origins. Although more spacious and decadent than senior officer's quarters it is still a VIP room and as such doesn't have controls which link to any key aspects of the ship.

Personality and Abilities

Although Andrea knows how to use a phaser she is more or less non-combatant and her main instincts during any combat scenes would be to run, try and soothe tensions or offer axillary aid if requested to by whoever she is near that seems more experienced in violent confrontations. Andrea however can speak in more languages than most and can communicate telepathically to other races who also can.

Yay, was hoping for a counsellor!

I have a few other people who have expressed interest but I think that's enough to start. I'll have a thread up later today/tonight. I'm hoping a captain will appear before then but if not, I'll take the role.

Would it be permissable to have a second character? I've thought of one that would be perfect for this role;

Name: D'Sira Korroth of the house Korroth
Age: 26
Gender: Female
Race: Klingon
Position/Duty: Klingon military observer
Sexuality (Before Transformation): Heterosexual. Dominant, violent sex.
Background: D'Sira was attached to the USS Ember in accordance with article 147 subsection C of the non agression treaty between the Klingon Empire and the United Federation of Planets. Her appointment to the post might seem an odd choice as the house of Korroth were bitter opponents of the treaty.
D'Sira intensely dislikes her posting, seeing it as a deliberate stain on her honour and believes that the reason she has been passed over for promotion and a combat command is due to her being a woman. Where is the glory to be won for her house serving amongst these weak Starfleet ptaQ? She has tried to rein in her anger and fulfill her duty, but her contempt for those around her has been obvious. She has spent most of her time in the holosuites, slaughtering holograms in recreations of famous Klingon victories. When she is not in the holosuite she complains loudly and angrily about everything from the staleness of the replicator ghargh to the unbearable softness of her bed.
For a Klingon, D'Sira is slightly less mentally unbalanced than Chancellor Gowron.

*Nods* I never thought of handing out promotions. That should definitely be put on the table as we desperately need a medical officer...

If anyone tries for the med bay however I was thinking of playing the assistant medical officer for now, while pretending that the primary doctor has been rendered unconscious.

On another note, if anyone feels they've been left a little empty handed (And believe me I'm going to try keep you all busy unless your char' is actively looking for RnR) then please just PM me. I'll gladly dig around for a task.

Scribbles, I don't want to be put in a position to drive your game or anything, so I want to ask you if you'd prefer to cover the 1st officer/captain positions or would you like to have me take the 1st officer and you take the Captain?  Otherwise I can just go with my Bajoran character...

Lol, you don't strike me as the type that wrestles plots away.

In the end I'll be setting up situations for the crew to navigate and as First Officer you'll be left with some weighty decisions to make, while as an engineer you'll still see a lot of action (with a hint of mystery considering what I have planned) but you won't have to worry about affecting others too much.

If you're still unsure who to pick however, I'll toss my dart and make a suggestion.

I can't believe I missed this. I think we're nearing a full complement but it might still be a good idea to give our ship a specialization. Maybe an exploration or science vessel, due to the nature of the engine it was testing?
