Sonnet of Sunday
« on: July 25, 2010, 04:10:54 PM »
Am I very naive
if I dare to believe
That real happiness
Lies on a single kiss?

What if I cross the line
And trace your smile with my fingertips
Will I get to enjoy your sweet red lips
Leaning to meet mine?

In my chest my heart speeds
She's the one my love needs
Everything I want for me

Such a wonderful way
For us to spend the sunday
Darling, can you see

This was pretty cool, especially considering I don't like romantic poetry.

Good job Shambler.... you are Shambler, right? o.O

Actually I think I said this one was good the first time you posted it on the IRC but I was skimming blog posts and this one caught my eye again. So double good!
