Looking for IRC based- M or F partner- WoD style RP to start with

I'm new.

That being said I'm not new to gaming.  I would like to find someone to rp with, on IRC using Vampire/Werewolf as the basis.

However I'm not a huge fan of dice or getting bogged down with the 'system' so much as the roleplay itself.  I would like to set up a chance possibly one shot, but hopefully a longer running one-on-one. 

Preferable time frame: 1920's-1940's or Current.
Preferred Setting: Actually this is optional.
Preferred character - I have no problem playing a vampire or werewolf and being the more predatory person in this story.  I tend more towards the submissive I admit but I can/have played both.  so if you reply or PM me, it will probably depend on what we work out between us.
Preferred Rating: R and up.  I am not generally squeamish.
Absolute No's- Look we all know some bodily fluids go hand in hand with some things.  Anything that usually ends up flushed down the loo...I'm not interested.

This is probably a terrible opener post but I'm getting settled in.  Critiques are very welcome!!
