Wheel of Time Sidelines (UN)

I just finished the Wheel of Time latest book and I had a thought about a kind of simply side-line story, all the little towns with bubbles of evil effecting them.

What about a particular town who's dark bubble has made it so at nightfall it is like the town Mat found where the violence takes over, but instead, it is taken over by sex.

I'm thinking a traveler comes through town, is told he has to leave, but doesn't listen and hides in someone's barn for the night, then he is faced with the choice of what to do - leave the town?  Let the sex just go and have fun?  Stay in town but lay low until it clears?

I'm not looking for an ongoing role play here, just a quick one.
