So I noticed this little title that appeared under my name "threesome" (I believe it said) and I also noticed other users have little quips/titles and such also under their name. What are these for?

Read all that you desire about it here.

It tells you all about the Post Rank, which is what you are referring too.  It changes with how many posts that you make on the forums.
