Interest Check: The City Of Chicago ( Mul EX NC) OOC THREAD UP CHECK INSIDE

Ok First off I'm looking for ALOT of people. So Don't Be shy and post some interest!

The Premise: Basically this will be modeled on the Anita Blake world. For Those who don't know much about it I will post a resource section later along with some important details.

Now on to the story. Basically this story will take place in the present year. With some changes. Vampires is legal in The United States due to the court case Addison .v Clark. So now vampires are legal citizens. Wereanimals are also legal citizens. Theres more to it but that's the basic idea.

Now first we start with what will be needed.

1 Master of the city

Underlings of the master of the city. (Some master vampire some nonmaster. Max masters will be determined by the number of players at a later time.)

1 Pack leader for the Werewolves.

Werewolves Some Alpha (Dominant) Some nonalpha.

Humans preferably with some kind of psychic affinity.

1 Vampire Executioner. (This role will basically end up hunting the supernatural Only with a warrant of execution of course. Unless we have  a vigilante executioner)

Other roles that may or may not make it in: Wereleopards 1 Nimrah and 1 Nimraj Dominant members (alphas) and Nondominants.

Wererats Leader and dominants and nondominants.

Other wereanimals (These are basically nonpacks and mainly just free animals who have no pack Usually they end up being "Anyones Meat")

The Vampire Council. (These roles are likely the last ones that will be added. This is only if theres alot of people. They are pre-made roles that i will post if there needed)

Chicago's RPIT. AKA RIP they are the branch of the police set up for dealing with supernatural crime. Equipped with silver bullets they seek to solve such crime and from time to time employ the vampire executioner.

Vampire Info: Vampires Obviously drink blood. The older they are the stronger they are. All master vampires can have a human servant. Vampires are turned by being drained repeatedly by the same vampire. Then unless staked they rise 3 days later in the service of the one who turned them. Unless this is a master then control is rather limited. Master of the city is bassically the leader of all the vampires in the city except the chuch of eternal life (if added).

Human Servants: All masters may have one. They are taken through four "Marks" Each mark ties them closer the first one making them initialy bound and making the human servant more durable. The second allows for some telepathic communication. The third renders the human servant immune to disease and poison. The fourth makes the human servant immortal. However each mark means that the death of one effects the other more. At the fourth mark the chance of them both dieing from the death one is extremely high. Humans do not have to be willing to take the marks.

Wereanimal info: They must transform once a moon. (This would seem like once a month but however one month of the year has 2 full moons.) Nondominants have less control and are more suceptible to turning under certain conditions. The more dominant ones have the ability to force the change at any time if there strong enough from a lessar animal. Wereanimals do not require the moon to change however the moon forces them to change that night. Weaker animals must stay changed for at last 8 hours. If they change back early they will be in an unbreakable slumber for the remainder of the time. Things like temper sex violence blood and the smell of raw meat can cause werewolves to lose control and change.

Human Info: Certain humans have psychic abilities like Necromancy or Telepathy. Some have clairvoyent abilities. Obviously some have none. The humans with mental and telepathic abilities make better human servants as they increase there masters power more.

Vampire Executioner: This character will be a plot driver along with of course some smut to it. Bassically we will have changeing plot lines as the story goes on. Likely murders of humans and The vampire executioner will get a warrant to murder said vampire. The vampire executioner kills all types of creatures. Maybe a vigilante executioner might be nice. They also work with the cops to solve supernatural crime.

RIP: They are a cop unit trained to deal with supernatural crime. They employ the vampire executioner to help solve said crime. They have extensive police training and have some knowledge of the undead and other supernatural creatures. However the relative newness of this type of justice force means there undertrained and undermanned. There job is to figure out what the bad thing is and kill it.

Vampire Poltics: Vampire power struggles are resolved mentally. The one who can kill the other telepathicly wins. If one has to resort to Physichal combat then that one loses by forfeit. Usually the damage comes in waves of energy which cut the opposeing vampire. This can be used by anyone strong enough but is rare outside of vampires. Vampire Law is basically an eye for an eye. You kill another master of the cities second he is owed your second or something of lessar value that is determined by him. Since were only useing the city of chicago this isnt exactly a relevant example however it may become so at a later time.

Werewolf poltics: Werewolves advance in rank through challenges to power via duels. These are not to the death with the exception of alpha ability. Werewolves show displeasure to anothers hospitality by marking them on the neck. This is a challenge of authority.

Other wereanimal Poltics: Most other packs are not big enough to operate in the same way. For example Wereleopards do not use direct challenges of authority. However Discipline is done in the same fashion for all packs. At the discretion of the dominants. If one dominant offers a submissive protection then the one seeking to employ discipline must answer to the other dominant.

Human Poltics: All creatures and undead are legal. However for vampires useing certain abilities on the unwilling is a death sentance. Killing by magic is a death sentance and Werewolves believed of murdering others a death sentance. (with exception for vampires and werewolves of doing so to eachother as they are normally handled internally and not reported to human law)

Here comes the kinky part:

Sexual traits: Vampire males can only get hard by having blood in them. Lycanthropes are usually great fans of torture and bondage due to there ability to take alot of damage.

Possible plots to start the story off:

Invasion: A master vampire has entered the domain of chicago. He has challenged the the master of the city and the master of the city is losing. Will the wolves aid him? Can he save his power base?

Fur vs. Dead: The Wolves and the Vampires are having a rather nasty disagreement. What can bring there reconnection or will one side completely be destroyed? Where will the other packs stand?

Uh oh who rose a bad zombie?: A human Necromancer raises a zombie to kill off there Ex. The zombie however once tasteing said blood begins killing at random. It turns out it was the body of a warlock that was raised. With the necromancer's control lost the zombie is on a rampage and the necromancer cant be found. RPIT isnt sure what it is and is pointing fingers at everyone. Can the real culprit be found? Who will pay the piper?

Important Info: I will play the judge for issueing warrants. You will need to find sufficent evidence of whos guility to receive a warrant of execution. However other factors that will influence this is the kill count. The judge is likely to give a warrant for less and less as the public grows more fearful.

For execution of your character both parties should notify me saying they agree to do so. Killing another's character is not allowed  unless your playing a role thats meant to stretch that way or have afformentioned premission from the person who's playing the character and the person who's character is doing the killing.. (Villian being hunted is likely to be one of those as we will likely have people switching roles)

OMG, another Anita Blake Fan. I would love to be apart of this. Maybe a role as the Head of the City, I have to stay away from a JC clone though. either that I could be the alpha(Ulfric or Rex would be good. werewolf is a classic always wanted to play a werelion, though we know more about the werewolf rank system rather then the lion rank)there are so many things i could be, Ahhhh, i'm rambling... just know that I am very interested.
