Power corrupts… Thank god, otherwise what would be the point

I have two ideas.  If you are interested please contact me.  I prefer games with fantastical elements (magic, superpowers, super science, or something similar)
1.   I am a person of low to moderate power (what that means depends on the setting, I am open to discussion on that) who controls a being of great power (again what that means is up for negotiations). 
2.   I am a being of power in charge of a similar being, but I am only really middle management.
This is obviously just a template and there is a lot of room for brainstorming and involvement from the person who wants to play.  The form that play takes will play will be a joint choice.  I prefer to play girls, but my playmate can be of any gender.
