Change Gender/Name?

Hello! I would like to know how to change my gender tag thing. "Lady" is no longer.... correct. I honestly would prefer the undisclosed one either way.
I am also curious if it's possible to change my username? I've been consolidating a lot of my RP stuff under the handle "sheetghostwriter" so that would be ideal. I just don't want to do the verification again if I can help it, not to mention being a little attached to this super old account.
