Spelling checker
« on: May 04, 2009, 10:49:16 AM »
Hey all,

Just a quick question - has there been a change to the spelling check coding in the last 2-5 hours or so?  It used to open in a popup window in IE, but now the window pops up and IE asks me for permission to use popups on the site - something it's never done before...

I have to make sure I copy my posts because to give permission (even permanent permission which it doesn't seem to save) requires the page to reload...  Then the spelling check opens in a full length third page.

It works in a convoluted way but I was wondering if my IE has gone funny on it's own right or if it's some change to the site.

(and yes, I hate IE too, but I found it works best for the site so I use it just for this.... :D)

Okay - thanks Vekseid!

I'll just go slap around IE some then!
