I've been thinking about doing a roleplay based around cuckolding. I've only done one such roleplay before, it was years ago, and there was not much character development at all. What I am looking for here is a plot where the kink is entirely consented and enjoyed by all, not the kind of 'girl meets bull, bull takes her and her bf meekly sits in the corner and masturbates'. I have a good idea of the main core of the plot, but I am open to how it would develop.

This idea goes along these lines:

Camilla, 29 years old, is working for a consultancy with a diverse portfolio of clients. Their latest client is a Nigerian telecommunications company that is entering the European market and they are soon opening their first office in this part of the world. Camilla's consultancy are working with this company and assisting them when it comes to regulatory issues, risks, market positioning, etc. Camilla is one of the people at the consultancy working with this client, and she's had frequent meetings with them. During these meetings she has developed a friendly but entirely professional relationship with the youngest member of the Nigerian team, who is her frequent point of contact at the company.
