Hey Wolfie! All of the characters are original characters, and some of the players haven't seen Gen-V or The Boys.

A Quick Overview:
Vought is like the mega corporation in this world, trying to dominate everywhere with 'supes' as the faces of their campaign.
God U is the university where most of their 'supes' go to school and then prosper.
Not all supes go to God U, of course--but our story is centered there.
Some are there on scholarship, and some can afford the tuition just fine.
The staff at the campus are a combination of humans and supes.

Okay--I am gonna go see if I can find a set of something supe-y without making a repeat of another character. I have a general idea (and have since the first time I saw this thread) so character investigation and I will steal the sheet---be working on it between story posts today.

Heyo!

Wanted to reach out to see if anyone was up for brainstorming with me as I pull together a character sheet. I am particularly struggling with a Supe name 

Elevator pitch: Eva is a 5’-nothing sweetheart whose optimism and naïveté either endear or irk. She has tactile telekineses (is only able to enact her influence upon objects when touching them, giving the false appearance of super strength) and limited invulnerability (Could resist a bat or bullet with enough focus if she was aware of them, but would go down like an average human to a taser or any surprise attack).

The arc I have in mind of her is going from her being plucked from Canada’s east coast (she’s a dual citizen) to be groomed to be an important member of the Vought Hero roster. At some point during play, however, she will have a meeting with her recruiter that tells her the “Strong Woman” moment is over/not really selling anymore. Women are looking for something more relatable and men don't want to fuck women who could benchpress a semi. There will be no glitzy posting for her when she graduates, but se will still be under contract as per the conditions of her scholarship.

Especially with the recruiter being a negative element to her plans.
As far as a 'supe' name... I can brainstorm on that.
Others are free to as well!

He's a genuine (old) pre-Vought anthropomorphic superhero.  Your versions sound more Vought, and should avoid them 'borrowing' an established character's name.

I think I am leaning "Lifta" just she can have the nickname "Lift"

Hah I'm imagining her having a cameo in a Vought movie where someone rips off thier sunglasses, stares into the middle ground, and says. "Oh... We'll make it in time. We're just gonna need a lift. *Camera pans to her freeing thier transport from a pile of rubble*

The footage will ultimately be left on the cutting room floor when she doesn't test well.
