COMPROMISE

School Revenue had been dipping for the past 4-5 years, so this year the management decided to shut the school, which may lead to shifting of tens of thousands of students to some other school. But the plight of Teachers is worse. With recession everywhere, finding a job, is an uphill task. So is the case of Maria, A High school teacher. But her case is even worse with her hubby leaving a huge debt by losing all his money in business she has to clear off that, and bring her son to a high position. The School's announcement came a DOOMSDAY for her. She has to find an alternative to fight this, which she is doing almost all her life.

On searching for consultants numbers, she found that visiting Card. Warner Investment Consultancy Services (WICS), she reminisced the day, A year back Warner's Son, Jake a classmate of her son, who is 4 years older than her son, was spending his days in the school like vacation. As his father is an influential person, no one dares to touch him. He by the graduation, offered Maria to be his Secretary, and he would take care of the crisis, they are living in. She fired back on him, "Am no  prostitute you son of a bitch, am a woman of Diginity, Don play your tricks with me", Jake, smiled and handed her his visiting card to call him, whenever she changes her mind.

Now reluctantly, she took her mobile and dialed, "Jake, its....Maria" her voice shivered.. "Yeah, i called to say, that... am on for it, Can we meet in person to discuss the terms in detail, Jake?" her voice lost the firmness. "ok, i will be at Miller's PUB by 7pm, sharp, bye, kisses" she hung the phone.

Live in Maid
I am thinking of two scenarios in this.

One, The maid is a crooked one and would do anything to make a fortune from the rich (can be older couple as well) I see her as one who uses her beauty and brain to lure the husband while not raising any suspicion from his ailing wife.

Two- Once she was on a respectful position, (say a professor or a teacher)but due to bad financial management, she never saved a penny to weather the upcoming storm. Unexpectedly her place comes under war zone after terrorists torn down the place.  Schools were shut down and many were vacated to facilitate the engineers to reconstruct the war zone back to normal. Many people left looking for new opportunities while some stayed back thinking situation will change. Months passed, but situation continued to worsen with little economic activity happening. Meanwhile, One of the engineer decides to have a live in maid and puts out a notification. Now, i see her apply for it, thinking if she could earn reputation with the engineers rebuilding the society could make a way for her to reclaim what she lost with others, here. She thinks she deserves respect and being engineer he would be able to understand. Further, her financial position is also bit constrained that she need a better pay or a job which offers a place to stay as well. So considering all the options, she believes it's a better job for the moment and in fact she needs it to survive for the next day
Will she get the job ? Even if she does, will she be able to make use of it, or Will he get the better out of her or she will be able To atleast defend her terrain?
