Mouse wheel stops working on site

Has anyone else had this happen?  After a while, my mouse wheel randomly stops working on E- and only on E. I have to close the browser and reopen to be able to scroll on the page using the wheel.

I *suspect* it has something to do with Ssie's script and/or having multiple tabs open for long periods, but it's erratic enough I've not been able to really diagnose it.
If one thinks of omniscience as causal rather than predictive- not 'THIS!', but 'If this, then that; infinite matrices of infinite dimensions each- it goes a long way towards reconciliation with Free Will.

It does not, however, make it easier to contemplate or accept a being capable of visualizing such an array.
