Muse B=My character
Muse A= Your Character

If there was anyone to be blamed here, it would be the dragon. It was indisputable.

At least, to Muse B it was. Everything had been going so well for him before; Life was always good when you were a Mage. A life like that was filled with casual  castle living and daily training in all forms of the Arcane/Magic, taught specifically by Elder Wizards with centuries of skill under their belts–literally. He’d been one in a class of a dozen others, but he was nothing if not a clearly unique one, separate from the rest of the crowd. Ambition and more confidence in his skills than was necessary drove him to study more, practice more and attempt more of the higher level spells without the approval of his teacher. What Mage wouldn’t strive to be the best, even if he was responsible for a number of magic related incidents around the castle? That was besides the point anyway; the true point was that this latest mess-up was completely the fault of that stupid fire breathing lizard.

Muse B had been minding his own business, perfecting his transmutation spells and one-liners for his grand entrance when the beast arrived. In all the flames and chaos his peers ran away, but not Muse B! With daring speed he grabbed his scepter and charged towards the hulking figure just as it caught the Princess in one of it’s talons. Barely giving it thought, he thrust out the Scepter with the proper incantation and–much to his joy– the spell struck true and evaporated the young Dragon in seconds! He’d planned on his Teacher awarding him with an official certificate as a Wizard, but the King personally bestowing that title to Muse B was fine enough. The Kingdom was happy, his Peers were sour and B was officially a Wizard. This happy moment should have been the happy ending.

A few days later, He was returning to his quarters from another grandiose night of the kingdom celebrating his feat. He was already perplexed when he discovered a rather angry yet normal looking woman (Muse A) awaiting him in the room, but was downright blindsided when she claimed to be the Dragon he and the rest of the kingdom was certain had been slain. Then Muse B was utterly gobsmacked when Muse A demanded his help in regaining her true form again, or else she would reveal the truth to the whole Kingdom.

Again, this was all the Dragon’s fault.

In short: A young mage accidentally curses a young Dragon into human form and has to determine how to un-curse her before either her silence breaks on the truth of his deeds or his jealous peers find out the truth (or just straight up kill them both)--all while trying to coexist with the cranky fire lizard he cursed. I know the plot says the Dragon is transformed into a rather normal looking human, but you’re absolutely free to play around with different attributes of her (i.e. imposing height, Wing tattoos on the back, belching fire, steam rising from skin when angry, reptilian eyes/teeth) just as long as its not to the point where an average onlooker could take one look at her and go “You’re a dragon aren’t you?” As far other elements to this tale (character appearances, plot points, motivations, etc.) I would be more than happy to talk further through PMs!
