I was thinking of someone from the North but left. He went to Essos and was a sell sword. Eventually he gained control of a sell sword company. He is tired of Essos and is in Dorne looking for an employer.

Personality Traits:- Cayde has a friendly and generally optimistic point of view. He tends to see the best in people which can make him appear a little naïve at times. It can be said that he rarely meets someone he truly dislikes. Cayde is a brave and courageous fighter. He has, at times, inspired those fighting with him because of the courage and ferocity he displays while battling his foes. Cayde  firmly believes in justice and fair treatment for all, especially the small folk. Along with this belief is the belief in treating others with respect, again no matter of station. Cayde is well liked by the Mend in the Wolf Pack )A mercenary company made up of Northerners currently in Essos.

History:- Cayde’s family is House Mollen in the North.  House Mollen lands are located with House Stark to the west, House Cerwyn to the southwest, House Poole to the south,  House Hornwood to the southeast, House Bolton to the east,  House Lake to the northeast and House Cassel to the north. Cayde’s father was a loyal bannerman.  Growing up Cayde’s father would tell the children stories of the Old Gods, First Men, and Children of the Forest. To this day, Cayde remembers all these stories in exact detail. Cayde’s two older sisters were married to members of nearby houses.  Kiren  was married to Brenn of House Cerwyn and Darna was married to Kegan of House Poole.
During his early childhood, Cayde was made the butt of many jokes by both friends and family because of his naivety. He always believed the best in people so it was easy for others to play pranks, or dupe him. He was intelligent, strong, and agile so he did well with his military training. He began going on patrols at the age of 14. When he was about 16 years old, Cayde played a key role in saving  Beth Cassel. She had been captured by a group of bandits. During the fighting, even though Cayde was badly wounded in the abdomen, he fought on until all the bandits were defeated.  Cayde’s continuing  training included improving his fighting skills, tournament skills, and etiquette. When he reached 18 years old,  his father arranged for Cayde to marry Helena Lake. Although he had nothing personally against Helena, Cayde refused and in a rage, his father father went into a rage and ordered Cayed to leave and never return.
So, Cayde travelled to Essos and began his career as a sell sword. First, he fought in the Windblown mercenary company as a freerider (mounted sell sword). He was now 22 years old and the  the Windblown company was surprised and  attacked in the night by an enemy raiding party. The fighting was fierce and Cayde saved the Windblown’s Captain’s life in the fighting. Cayde was wounded in his right shoulder during the fight. The Captain rewarded him with some money and the freedom to freely leave the company. Cayde stayed 4 more years before he left and joined the Wolf Pack. The Wolf Pack was a mercenary company made up of Notherners who were in Essos.
When he was 30 years old, at the end of a battle their Captain,  Rodwald, was severely wounded. Cayde came to his rescue and kept him alive. Rodwald made Cayde his lieutenant to snow his thanks.  It was noticed that Rodwald was never quite as good a fighter after receiving those wounds. Finally after four more years, Rodwald stepped down and made the 34 year old Cayde the Captain. Cayde led the Wolf Pack to many victory over the next three years but he longed to return to Westeros.
Cayde was seven and thirty when he told his lieutenant that he was going to Dorne to seek employment for the Wolf Pack there. When he found an employer, Cayde would send for the company. 

Strengths:- Cayde is skilled in horsemanship, fighting from horseback; fighting with lance, sword, and shield; fighting on foot; and battle tactics. He has some some basic etiquette. Due to his intelligence and excellent memory, Caydehas a vast repertoire of tales, historical knowledge, songs, and military tactics. He can be quite entertaining after he has a few ales in him![font]

Flaws:- Cayde has a low tolerance for disrespectful and rude behavior. A major flaw Cayde has is his self-doubt (feeling he never did something well enough). Finally, another flaw is that he tends to see the best in people so he is naïve and can easily be taken advantage of or conned. ]
