Omega seeking Alpha

Hello I'm Alaska and I have a very specific craving right now.

After reading a particularly great AO3 story the other day, I am desperately seeking some A/B/O action. I'm not set on a specific plot, but the one I have in mind currently can be set in any world. Our characters are already acquainted at some level, they're already interested in one another but are too emotionally constipated to do anything about it (perhaps "not allowed" for some reason?). These two idiots won't admit their feelings for one another for whatever reason, but for some reason (depends on the world we set it in), my omega can't get access to her heat suppressants and her heat is inevitable. Your alpha offers to help her through her heat, and comfort smut ensues.

While this will be full of smut, I am also looking for actual plot and a decent amount of fluff here. I think it makes the most sense to set it in a somewhat unmodern or fantasy setting as not being able to access suppressants would be rather hard in a modern day setting where they would likely be available on every shelf in the A/B/O world. I prefer m x f pairings with me playing the female.
