Keep it vague, keep it consistent with the theme of a bunch of farmers in the middle of a swamp with little outside contact with the world. I will give you one more try.

Leah; Last Name Unknown
Leah believes herself to be in the 'mid 20s' age range, but is unsure because the people she was born to either left or died. Someone found her swaddled up many years ago. As a child she witnessed the death of this adoptor, and was taken by slavers. They had her do menial stuff at first, but as she aged, they became harder and harder with her as she didn't want to perform for them. Either explicitly or in dance.

One day in what she believes to be her 'late teens'--about 4 years after her first period, and maybe 6 years after the start of her breast growth--she dropped a wine glass she was serving one of the slaver hosts. They started to berate her, but she stabbed them in the throat with a shard of glass and ran. She didn't stop running until she fainted. An older woman from the farm found her and she's been with them ever since.

Bulletproof Nudity: She's attractive enough enemies attracted to humanoids don't want to blemish the beautiful skin, but mutated animals are familiar enough with human armor that they attack her more for not wearing it.

I am sorry to be the jerk off here and ask, but is there something wrong with the character creation? I am just confused as i posted and then the response is you fuckers are all approved. It just seems like we didn't follow instructions and I am wondering how to remedy this.

Oh definitely nothing wrong with character creation. Perhaps with either patience (e.g. alright, let's get this shit started), or overly informal language (Fuck and shit for example, are personally my favorite words), but not character creation. I'm not one to speculate on the accuracy of such statements though since I'm not running the show.

Personally, I think GloomCookie just wants to get this game going.

It is possible she was starting to get frustrated, from people not reading her setting and brief on stats and character stuff properly.  But without knowing them better, hard to say if she was actually frustrated or just exaggerating.

I think the characters we have now should work, and be relatively balanced for the game.  Even if Metro did end up with similar stats to myself.  No problem, as we will still be very different players.

Glad you appreciate the sensitivity for your big fella.
I feel we are all from the same village, we all know each other.  Plus we are around the same age, though I doubt Cliff would have been friends with Marcus, probably friendly.
And I also bet Cliff has probably fixed several things that Marcus has broken over the years.

I know that for my character I had a sort of internal logical consistency baked into the vagueness of not really knowing her age. The consistency was that she escaped at 17 (because of the year of sex with the guard), and being in her "mid 20s" by reckoning would put her within two years either direction of 25, which indicates she's been there 6-10 years. In that time, she's probably rationalized people looking at her nudity as a generally neutral thing as long as they're alright with whatever she says about them making passes. I remember seeing something about a character thinking it was rude to look, but I'm thinking she's been around long enough that's their idea, not hers.

It's actually a good thing you guys brought up how well we know each other. I think I want to play her as "warming up" to the gentle giant in a sort of nurturing way rather than already having significant knowledge of him, but I'm not sure about the other. Might have to get with you on that FM.

Steel - Yeah we can definitely say that Cliff finding it rude to stare at your character is his own personal misgivings.  He just isn't fully comfortable with such blatant displays of public nudity.
And on that note, we probably know each other, but haven't interacted in any significant fashion.  In fact, I can almost picture a moment, where you came to my workshop to get something repaired (not sure what though), and Cliff after seeing you and staring for a moment, almost slams the door closed in shock.  He still would have fixed it, but you would have had to wait outside.

Well, I used the rebar mace in my image being missing before arriving at the village as a plot point, but it would work if he does leather

Born in the Village and raised to hunt swamp critters, Brooklyn's not considered particularly special by her tribe in any way she wants to be.  She's a good shot, but not the best.  Pretty, but tomboyish and not seemingly interested in getting married.  Fierce and loyal, but easily dissuaded and seemingly weak-willed.  She spends her days with her brothers, following them from chore to chore like a loyal dog that just can't be separated from its family.

The fact is: her insecurities define her.  Small of stature as a result of a weak diet and low birth weight, she further has a hard time focusing her thoughts and being patient in general.  She quietly envies those who achieve what she cannot, such as those who understand machines, who can focus on complex stories and books, the hunters who can butcher the hardshelled mirelurks and carry them off without an extra pair of hands to load the harness.
