By Your Side, I Suffer (M Seeking A playing F)

Basic Plot: A master swordsman (MC) is afflicted with a strong curse which binds him to a malevolent demoness/ sorceress(YC). The curse was the result of the contract MC had made with YC. While my MC is forced to do YC's bidding in verbatim (word for word), it does not free him of the emotions and mental torment it brings him. MC will not readily yield to YC's wishes but, will be ultimately be 'willed' by their magical contract to comply. Be careful of what you wish for, lest you get it in a manner you did not desire of.

The Contract

"Save my child! She has yet to live..I beg of you. In exchange for stopping the coughing illness which plagues my newborn daughter, I offer my servitude and my way of the sword for your purposes till I breathe my last-on my deathbed surrounded by sunflowers (MC's favourite flower). I swear on the blood pulsing through my veins and, my steel that bares my fangs"

Result of Contract

The swordsman's wife dies from a deadlier form of the illness. Left without a mother to feed the infant with breastmilk, his daughter perishes as well. The coughing stops.

Side effects of the Contract

1. Near Immortality: MC cannot die by lethal physical/magical trauma unless terms of the location of 'last breath' is fulfilled. He also stops ageing.
2. Blood rune-bound: MC is bound by magic to follow YC's orders
3. YC's immortality: As long as the contract is in effect, YC cannot die, age nor can she be separated from MC (distance TBD).

As a warrior and survivor of countless life-threatening engagements,  MC possess strong mental fortitude- compartmentalisation and self-compassion. However, he is also human and, the human spirit not indomitable. Everyone has their limits.

YC is malicious, spiteful- a depraved and venomous harpy of a woman. But YC is also driven by her goals (be it to rule over the human kingdom, overthrow the current demon lord, exact revenge of the brotherhood/sisterhood of magic or to experience the zenith of hedonistic pleasure the world has to offer. It's up to you!) YC recognises the usefulness of MC as her protector and enforcer.

This doesn't stop her from punishing him for his impertinence (extreme torture like getting torn apart by hounds) or seduce him or use him to seduce others.
