File Limit Size on New Server

I keep getting this message when trying to upload gif files that worked here before

It appears that our bigger faster server is refusing to accept Wiki files that the old server handled with ease.

And indeed there are gif files in the Wiki put up on the old server that go at least up to 10 Mb and work just fine


Is there any Remedy for this?
