This is a fairly simple idea that's based on a series of stories that I used to read a few years ago. I can't remember the name, or I'd show you. It involves affectionate dominance and domestic discipline. In some ways, it's non-consensual, but also not really (you'll see what I mean, I think). I'm only interested in writing the submissive role. And while for this one I'd prefer to write a female character, I would be happy to write a submissive boy if that's what you'd prefer! No dominant males, though. Maledom isn't my thing. Sorry!

You're welcome to write one main character or two. Either way is fine with me! I do have a thing for tomboys, particularly the short-haired type. But it's not required. Lastly, I do really enjoy Daddy/Mommy titles (and other similar variants) for the dominant character. But I'm fully aware that these can put some people off. So it's by no means required.

Rehabilitation

There is a new and experimental form of rehabilitation now being offered to young (18-25), non-violent offenders as an alternative to prison. It involves a trained caretaker "adopting" one of these young offenders into his or her home for the duration of their sentence. This is done that these non-violent offenders need not spend any time prison where young people often learn to become worse offenders than they were before their incarceration. The offenders may, for the most part, continue on with their lives as before, with a few obvious exception.

During the offender's sentence, it is the caretaker's responsibility to ensure their charge engages in no further criminal activity; minor offenses may be dealt with by the caretaker alone, with no need to involve the courts. Major infractions, on the other hand, may result in the charge being transferred to a prison where they will remain for the remainder of their sentence. The charge must abide by their caretaker's house rules as well as face any consequences that their caretaker deems necessary for breaking these rules. While discipline is left to the discretion of the caretaker, punishments often include such things as spankings, groundings, time-outs, and other traditional forms of discipline. Sever abuse, however, whether sexual, psychological, or violent, will not be tolerated, and charges are encouraged to report such instances to the police.

The "adopted" offender is equipped with a monitoring device around their ankle that will trigger an alarm if the wearer leaves the property without the caretaker's prior permission, which may be given any time at the caretaker's discretion.

Caretakers themselves need extensive training in order to qualify for this position. However, any cohabiting partners of the caretaker need not undergo the same training. A waiver form will be required.

Sexual and romantic relationships are permitted between charge and caretaker. Of course, consent is taken extremely seriously. As such, an independent social worker will conduct interviews with the charge at minimum once per week, at which time the charge will be reminded of his or her rights and will be encouraged to report and illicit behaviour on the part of the caretaker.

It is the goal of this rehabilitation program to provide these younger offenders with a warm and loving home environment, firm discipline, structure, and direction. We believe that this program will help these young people learn the valuable skills they will need to become productive members of society.
